Yeh I just made a HUGE order of anti fungals, oregano oil etc actually I do have cod liver oil , high in Vit A . Man I should have got cod liver oil too. OF COURSE over here there's little access to much.

Sorry char, herbs don't interest me in the least! Maybe start a thread in the herbs section?

So excited! Last night I forced myself to sleep on my back. I've had trouble in the past doing it, so I'd always give up and roll onto my side. But yesterday morning, I woke up with this horrible line next to my mouth that made me look 20 years older! It was an indent from my pillow that went away, but it scared me so much that I was like "No, you are sleeping on your back from now on, PERIOD!" So I tried it last night, fully expecting to lie awake all night or to wake up on my side. Imagine my shock when I found myself coming out of a sleepy daze, still on my back! I'm so happy! This is a habit I've been trying to get into for years! It's supposed to be better not only for the skin on your face, but for your breasts, too. Keeps them perky.

Speaking of which, I've noticed my breasts are perking up. Methinks growth isn't far behind! *rubs hands together eagerly*

Today's intake:
66 ounces of water
4 pieces of dark chocolate
Two pieces of oven cheese pizza
Hot tea
Chicken breast with mayo, parmesan cheese, and seasonings topping
Fettuccine alfredo
Peas
Avocado with olive oil

I was fasting for religious purposes today, so not much of an intake. I didn't feel like making my smoothie, hence the avocado with just olive oil. Took a multivitamin and probiotic.

Feeling things in my breasts. They're definitely responding to all of this.

I want to add regular consumption of hummus to my intake. I'm pretty sure chickpeas are helpful for NBE. Hummus is just plain delicious, too.

Hummus is such good stuff. And I have heard that intermittent? moderate? fasting has great health benefits. Some of my friends fast every Sunday for part of the day and it's reported it helps with all sorts of body processes.
I mentioned alfalfa because I had researched it for over-all health purposes. I have a green food powder that I take sometime to supplement myself with veges/fruits/grasses- it contains alfalfa. A couple of my friends swear by chlorophyll (thus why I recently ordered plain alfalfa powder which is very high in chlorophyll after a couple of little health issues I was having). It is not necessarily an NBE herb, which is a good thing because my friend has no shortage of boobs and they are sometimes in her way. I thought maybe a couple of my fellow health-nuts might have tried it. I am excited to take it. Bonus- horses that take alfalfa have better hair and it can combat baldness! Yes! Since I have a couple of thin spots in my hair from stress-related hairfall a few years, I am ready to balance my blood, oxygenate my organs, and have vivacious, flowing tresses to boot!

Apparently it is a good nbe herb. I wouldn't take the pills either but I like the superfoods powder idea ESP as high in chlorophyll

Indeed! When I was researching it and I read that, I ordered it so fast! Thanks be for the interwebs! Luckily I got it on sale, too. Pshew! Hehehe.

Today's intake:
106 ounces of water
A banana, oatmeal with walnut pieces, a green smoothie, and a soft-boiled egg for breakfast
Trail mix and water for lunch
Avocado smoothie with protein powder, three pieces of oven cheese pizza, salad, and hot green tea for dinner

I also took two BB Skin supplements.

I get paid in a few days, and I need to make an Amazon order because I'm about to run out of my vitamin C serum. So I'll take the opportunity to order a supplement. I haven't settled on something for sure yet, but I'm prepping my Amazon cart now.

I need to get better sleep. I've never been a good sleeper. I have trouble falling asleep, I have trouble staying asleep, I wake up earlier than I want to, and I'm a light sleeper. I'm also a restless sleeper. I roll around all over the place in my sleep and tear the bed up. Sleeping on my back has helped with staying in one place so far, though. But sleep is important for NBE. Gotta get my booby sleep! I'm considering supplementing with glycine to help with that. Note to self: See if I can get a bottle locally.

Don't worry BB, you're not the only one who struggles sleeping!
(look at the clock then remember I'm in the UK lol)
Anyway, does your lack of sleep make you tired, because I am under the impression the different people need different sleep. For me, there is sometimes one night every fortnight or so that I don't sleep at all! And it feels completely normal to me!

You're lucky that it doesn't leave you tired! Not only does it leave me tired, but if I miss a night I start making little mistakes and I get really depressed, like weeping-and-hating-myself depressed (I get like that regularly anyway, but that's another discussion. My point is it pops up more frequently if I don't sleep at night). Even when I do manage to get to sleep, I wake up tired. So I know my sleep isn't quality sleep. I hope the glycine can help.
