I know right! Especially on a low budget (Iceland does a bag of 40 sausages for £2!)

USA is really bad too. I think this is likely a fairly global problem, really.

Yeah, its hard to stick to healthy food when you walk down the street and pass around 20 fast food takeaways. Its just too available. I wish I didn't live in a city centre. Getting a kfc when you go for a day of shopping doesn't hurt, but when you have to walk through the shopping areas to get to work/school/friends its too tempting lol.

heh heh yeah it definitely isn't easy when 90% of the food out there is total shit. eating out though is probly one of the worst things you can do IMO though. I guess I'm "lucky" that I don't make enough money to afford to eat out lol. the poverty diet works people!!

No, no it doesn't. While fast food and most other places to eat out ARE just as bad, true poverty food consists of tons of sodium and carbs == FATTENING. At least some restaurant food is actually plenty good, you just have to be picky, just like at home. You also need money to fucking afford such food.

Yeah.... Long story short? Every Dystopian film you've ever seen, which includes even things like "The Fifth Element"? You put all the WORST features together in a blender, hit "frappe" - and it'll manifest even worse in our world.
It is NOT an accident, and the government - being the only state-sanctioned user of force - which "right" was TAKEN by force, at point of gun - is the biggest enemy we have, actually.

E.G., new Chevy Mailbu - allows parents to spy on their children.
Another one, forget which, allows you to track the car from anywhere (guess who ELSE is tracking your car...)
We're hitting the point where tickets will print out of the dashboard, while the car decides if you can speed up, forces you to slow down or stop - but YOU will still be liable, because that's REVENUE for the state. (So the self-driving car won't ever happen.)
Abi noted that cures exist; but they don't have a cash value, they're NATURAL....
Mind, this is BEFORE we found out Monsanto was trying to patent our DNA. And if a man, or a Republican, had run a private email server for State emails? But Hillary gets a pass.
And the "rapefugees", when ISIS has said they will insert their people into the "migrants"? Merckel intends to destroy Germany, and Zuckerberg is recorded helping her (their own words caught by accident.) Zuckerberg was working to silence dissent. But it's a "private company" so that's not censorship - except at the reach, scope, and size, Facebook amounts to being part of government.... No need to censor someone who's already int he club, per George Carlin's monologue...

Get the idea yet? You're dealing with psychopaths. And you don't matter to them. So don't bow unless they've literally got a gun to your head.

Hi all!
It's been 3 weeks since i started NBE
I know i've been posting a lot of pics but I thought i'd post a timeline here of me in the same bra i wore at the start.
I felt that my boobs weren't full enough, they seemed long and a little narrow meaning i didn't fill out my bra as nice as I would like.
Since then i have gained a cup size. but they are also a hell of a lot fuller but this doesn't show as much in braless pics.
My right breast is still bigger than the left but it seems to be catching up!
So here's the pic of me in the bra I wore last month with comparisons!

I believe you are looking great with the volume increase. Do you sleep on your side? Maybe sleep on the other side for asymetry. I always massage and pump in bed. Maybe more hang on your one side.

As a matter of fact I do.
I've been trying to figure out the following logic.
I sleep on my right hand side a lot and my right breast is larger.
HOWEVER
If i sleep on my left there is more space for gravity to pull the right breast away from my chest wall and make it bigger.

which side should i sleep on for growth in the left breast?

for anyone with asymmetric breasts: what side do you sleep on? is it the same as the side with the larger breast?

Hmm thats interesting.. i sleep mostly on my right side and my right one is slightly bigger too. Kind of like soldiers getting gyno*whatchamacallit* from having a weapon pressing on the side of their chest..
