The Year-Long Massage and Diet Project (No Herbs)

Not only does it leave me tired, but if I miss a night I start making little mistakes and I get really depressed, like weeping-and-hating-myself depressed (I get like that regularly anyway, but that's another discussion. My point is it pops up more frequently if I don't sleep at night). Even when I do manage to get to sleep, I wake up tired. So I know my sleep isn't quality sleep. I hope the glycine can help.

I understand how you feel. I'm battling depression myself (I'm not currently on meds but have been before, I still have low days, its not as bad as it was when it was 24/7)
Keep me updated with how it helps Smile

Me too. Not sleeping like I used to.
Have to do a twenty minute workout a few hours before bed.
Or have some homeopathic melatonin drops helps a lot.

I will, ArcaneKatana. I hope I can find it locally.

Sorry to hear that, Ella. Seems like a lot of people have trouble sleeping these days. I'm surprised at the 20 minute workout strategy. Never heard of that. I know light stretching is supposed to help.

Im sure wifi reduces melatonin or seratonin as with those bright flouro lights. Limit wifi before bed and dim lighting

Good reminder, Ella. Thanks.

Today my left breast is itchy inside and has some sensation going on in there. My right breast is so shy. I wonder what I should do to get her going. I'm already trying to pay extra attention to her.

I went out and did some price comparisons on supplements today. I checked to see if they have glycine locally. I figured they wouldn't, so I wasn't surprised when I didn't find it anywhere. I found cod liver oil for $3! Glad I won't have to order that online.

For now, glycine is what I think I'll order tomorrow. I can't validate stuffing myself full of new supplements for NBE when I'm not doing the basics (eating well, exercising regularly, and getting proper sleep) first and foremost.

Today's intake:
104 ounces of water
A banana, oatmeal with walnut pieces, and a green smoothie for breakfast
An avocado smoothie (it's really more like avocado yogurt), salad, 3 chicken drumsticks, fettuccine alfredo, and hot green tea for lunch
Peas, salmon, macaroni and cheese, and hot green tea for dinner
4 pieces of dark chocolate
A cup of vegetable beef soup

Had sensations in my left breast randomly throughout the day. When I tried to imagine them in my right breast and even went so far as to visualize a fire in my right breast, my left breast responded instead. Kind of funny. I feel a little something if I close my left eye and look down at my right breast while focusing sensations in it, though.

Going to make an Amazon order tomorrow! Can't wait.

Sounds like a solid plan to me.
I'm gonna stick to massage only and then if my life gets sorted out (job, money, good diet, etc) I'll look into other things

We're doing pretty much the same thing. I'm focusing on general health and massage. I'm honestly not really taking any supplements for NBE at the moment, just for health and my skin. If I don't take a multi, for instance, I get cystic acne. Sad So the NBE-related supplements are on hold, as well as any special topicals. I'm just using what I have for now.

In a perfect world, I'd buy a whole bunch of herbs that I know will work perfectly on me, a Noogleberry, all three steps in the Bradelis bra system, and a really effective breast growth cream (if such a thing exists). That isn't going to happen any time soon, though! Or maybe it will...? Positive thinking! Wink

Today's intake:
130 ounces of water
A banana, a green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces, and a soft-boiled egg for breakfast
Trail mix for a post-workout snack
Avocado smoothie with protein powder, two pieces of oven cheese pizza, macaroni and cheese, and hot green tea for lunch
Teriyaki chicken, Mediterranean kale, brown rice, and hot green tea for dinner

My trail mix has pumpkin seeds in it. For some reason I remember those being particularly good for NBE. Can't remember why. I think they lower DHT or something like that.

Took 2 BB Skin supplements.

I ordered some glycine from Amazon today.

I'm braless right now. I hate being braless, but my only clean sleep bra is too tight. Sigh...

I'll be gone for a few days.

Today's intake:
74 ounces of water
Brown rice with Mediterranean kale and soy sauce
Mashed potatoes with margarine
Spaghetti and meatballs
Green beans
Green tea

I was fasting today until evening. I also took a multivitamin, vitamin C, vitamin D, and b-complex.

I need to get yogurt and more avocados. I made my avocado smoothie today to break my fast with, and for whatever reason I forgot to remove the seed of the avocado and wound up blending it in. Completely ruined the smoothie. This is what happens when my brain is running on no food.

When I went to do my daily massage today, my left breast looked huge. Well, huge for me, at least. I'm glad this seems to be working. Hopefully my right breast will catch up eventually.

Hope everyone's programs are going well.
