All this is making me wonder whether I need to get my hormones tested.
My implant supposedly ran out of Feb 4th and i've had no period yet. I wonder if it's actually still working or if my hormones are out of whack :/

I'm not taking any herbs or hormone pills/cream and I wouldn't without checking with a doctor first, but I haven't been to a doctor for any reason in well over 18 months

Did you have the mirena? I'm fairly certain that on that one you return back to your normal hormones pretty fast. Most women's hormones are within normal ranges to begin with unless you mess with them like all of us which you haven't. But that's not to say that your hormones CANT be out of whack on their own but more than likely they are fine.
I would just wait a little longer and see when you get it. Were your periods long before birth control?
Also, I came off bcp a couple months ago and noticed my cycles were longer than usual but I was also taking herbs and things so that could have been part of it or maybe it was my body adjusting to not having bcp hormones.

Update UPdate!

The last few days, my breasts have plumped up and felt jelly-like!! I have REALLY high hopes for my next cycle. I think that I finally unlocked some "switch" in my mind and said you know what I've been doing this for so long not full-heartedly that I owe it to myself to put my all into it and get results! i WILL get some GREAT growth this month. The only thing stopping me is myself so I just need to step out of the way and let my boobies do their thang Tongue
I think I have been listening to blaketalks too much lol.

This post is super long so here's a quick overview of what this post entails:
-Jelly boobs = growth?
-MASSAGE and FAT are key
-Updated massage routine

My breasts have been so jello-like the last few days which is usually a sign of GROWTH!

I decided to actually massage twice a day (15 min each -- more on how I'm massaging further down) and adding more of a calorie surplus to get some extra fat that I need.
I keep reading obvious things about nbe that I knew about when I first started and just somehow forgot along the way.
One of the things is FAT is super important not only because it's a large part of the breasts but adipose tissue is stimulated when you massage your breasts or increase blood flow to that area in other ways (heat, exercise). The stimulation encourages nutrients to flow to the breasts -- thinking about getting a heat pad hmmm.
I think this is why some women that have a higher body fat % can reach their goals quicker. Sunflower seeds are loaded with calories so it's easy to reach my calorie goal each day (1/4 cup = 200 cal.) but now I am rotating in the seed cycle and starting to take flaxseed today.

Ok so onto the new massage routine:
I think Blaketalks subliminals have been a huge help the last month. I stopped listening for a few days around the time I had that decrease in growth last week which I think had more to do with my weight (I lost two pounds and was 8 pounds under my usual weight).
Anyways, one of the things Blake talks about is a "prescription" for massaging your breasts. I kinda tuned out this part because yeah yeah we all know to massage but I actually listened last week and he said to massage in a way that feels GOOD for you. So maybe that is what is key -- being able to feel something nice.

So this is how I have been massaging and I feel like it's making a difference. I am focusing on one breast right now and I have noticed a change in the bottom part of it. My left breast points more straight out rather than upward slightly and I think it's because the bottom of my left boob is smaller than the right. It definitely grew either within the last few days or this month and I am just now noticing. I used to only be able to fit three fingers under my nipple and now I can fit all four/my palm!

I make sure to lube up with oil to the point where you feel like your breasts will just slip out of your hands. There should be no chafing or friction with your hands. You may need to add more oil along the way.
Then I do a mix of the usual deer massage making sure not to touch my nipple and just lightly applying pressure and doing each rotation in 2 seconds - you want to feel the warmth of your hands on your breasts. Sometimes I rub my hands together fast to get warmer hands.
Then I alternate with a sorta chiyomilk-inspired fat brushing massage. i keep my left hand open and make like a relaxed C shape with my hand and start at the outer corner of my left breast and gently as if I'm squeezing my whole breast, I gather it up and then slide the four fingers that are together up and towards the center of my chest. While I am doing this, I use my right hand to start from below my left breast (stomach area) to brush up my breast.
So you should first be doing the c shape hand grab/slide thing lol then when your hand is in the middle of your chest, your right hand should be brushing up to the nipple and with an open hand grabbing hold of the breast so your left hand can release your breast and go back to the starting position at the outside of the left breast.
This is done fast though or whatever speed FEELS GOOD! Very important!
Sometimes I'll change the fat brushing one up a bit and just quickly brush up alternating both hands and keeping them both open. So, I'll start with one hand on my stomach and brush it up until my breast is comfortably pushed up all the way, then I follow it with the other hand in the same motion.
I just mix these massages up depending on how I feel.
And then just do other massages that you think feel good! Remember not to apply too much pressure. Every thing should be done lightly!
After the 15 minutes are done, I wipe off the oil with a towel and then apply my vit e/aloe lotion generously to the breasts and some on my stomach too.

OH and almost forgot to mention -- I don't know if it helps, but I like to massage about 20 minutes or longer after eating. I feel like the nutrients from the meal are fresh in my system and get directed to my breasts but who knows if that is true lol.

I started my period last night!! It came two days early which is a little shocking. I haven't had an early period in years. My cycle was only 26 days long! Shortest cycle I have ever had. The vitex must be working to regulate my cycles now I am so happy!

I really think that this new program I am doing is working very well for me and I really hope I see some more great results in the month to come!!
Can't wait to try the flaxseed too.
Another thing.. I have been feeling slightly irritable this last week and I'm not sure if it's PMS or because I am taking more calcium and disrupting my calcium/magnesium balance -- may need to add one more mag pill. I'll see after my period ends.
