Hey Ya'll!
Texas girl, looking to boost my boobies. I've been small all my life, surrounded by C/D cup family. Obviously a major downer. I am 33 now, mother of 2 boys and military wife. The hubs is currently deployed and I've decided to try and do something about my boobless situation. It would be so awesome to sport some new boobage at his homecoming. A girl can only dream, right? I was content with my body prior to kids, but after breastfeeding my youngest (now 3 yrs) until 15 months...my boobs went from perky full As to saggy, empty feeling ones. I have struggling with that since and has definitely put a damper on our "grown up" time lol. So after looking stuff up online, I found this page and I'm super excited to have this as support and guidance. I don't ask for much, if I can get to full B...I'd be happy. I do need help with deciding on a program though. I ordered PM from Barlowe's and tried it but I had some bleeding that I thought was my period and I started it again, then realized it wasn't. Now I'm on day 39 of my cycle
I think I may have messed up my cycles now. Not sure if I should wait for my period to show up and start again or try something else. I have read some posts and I'm very excited but kinda overwhelmed with so much information and options. Is there anyone willing to take this "oldie" under wing and suggest a program? Any takers?

Hi. Funny how at our age after kids we finally decide we want to do something about our boobs.
Sadly no shortcuts are available , each person is SOOOO different and respond so differently to herbals as you experienced.
Having been here a while I suggest you try manual methods alongside breast enlarging foods and for the initial part JUST TRY THAT... You don't want to end up estrogen dominant and have to do damage control from that as you well know.
Miss boobshirt started a massage thread so I reckon go there first... Il to find a link for you. Then we started a non herbal NBE thread too.
Try the non herb method first THEN look at the alternatives. It's a healthier start

Wow, that's some good info! I skimmed through it but will definitely reading carefully tonight after kids are in bed lol. Thank you so much for finding those links for me!
How long do you think I should try the manual plus nutrition routine before starting another method?
Also, someone replied to my question (on another post) about the NB - saying they liked another one. I do not remember the exact name, but it starts with Kan**. Do you have any knowledge about the difference between them? Or direct me to where I can find information.
Much appreciated! So excited to get started and be able to talk to someone about it haha. Seriously, all my friends have big boobs...they don't know the struggle LOL

They meant the kangzhu system. That's really good too tbh.
So if you use a pump, being mums and having breastfed our(or mine) areolas nipples etc might have lost collagen etc and more prone to stretch so if you pump use a bandaid to tape your nipples down!! You don't recover from noogleberry stretch nipple...
But yeh try for three months , you should see improvement by then. Take warming circulation herbs like ginger tea etc during the process too

Ok! Ella, you're awesome. Thanks for answering my questions and your advice. Now, one last thing-
On the nutritional thread, the things you recommend like spearmint tea, MSM, iodine are those things I can buy through sites like vitamin shoppe? Or is there a better place to get them?

Should be able to get them easily online or health shops. I'm in the pacific. If you've never taken iodine before take the lowest amount poss , there's a protocol involved.
People may disagree but I think organic kelp which has been caesium tested and cleared is a better option.

The problems with each way is that with kelp or other food sources for iodine you can't be 100% sure how much iodine you're actually getting, even if it makes claims that the iodine content has been standardized by combining LOTS of material together, it'll still vary a bit batch to batch. With a straight iodine supplement, however, the problem is that you're getting too much all at once without the benefit of slowed absorption through food.
There are two potential things you can do. First, you can use food sources and just hope it all balances in the end, or you can use a supplement but instead of taking it as suggested, put it in some food or drink to slow down absorption rate. If you put a days worth of iodine into a days worth of water, you'll avoid both potential pitfalls.

Actually I have Transdermal iodine. You roll a 2cm patch on your body somewhere and depending on how quick it takes to dissolve indicates your deficiency. You keep rolling it on until you reach the point it stays on for 24 hrs then your stores are good. It's a lugols formular. Problem IS though the sellers swore it's completely safe etc but when I kept pushing really a bromide detox reaction they changed their tunes then sent me info on how I need to take magnesium selenium sea salt etc alongside supplementation. Here in lies the problem. We aren't properly educated on how to use iodine properly. I can say I really think it does a number on me. Subsequently ACTUAL logo's is illegal over here namely because peeps weren't using it properly and had bad reactions.

I didn't even know that existed ella. Yeah, that way is definitely something I would absolutely not recommend using. Pills either. Drops put into water is IMO best, or food.
