The difference is so noticeable, whoa! Keep it going!
I dug out the bra I was wearing when I started nbe at the start of march. Its the same one I'm wearing in the first post.
Is it time to throw it out?

It does indeed look like it's time to go up a cup size in that particular bra, if you can get a new one in a cup larger. You might be okay for a little longer, I'm only just barely seeing a quadraboob effect, and only from the side, it's not visible from the front yet. Still, better to be safe, as they say...

The bras I'm currently wearing are two sizes bigger. In the 38F it feels like only half my boob is in the bra and the rest just bounces and jiggles when I move, not to mention my nipple popping out.
The only FF I could find when I went shopping last month was a little too snug and I would have had to replace it far too soon.

You're lying! Those aren't the same breasts as the ones in your first post!
Seriously! They've changed so much! I can't believe how effective your routine has been. Wonderful results. You've completely inspired me. Everyone should definitely be massaging.
*starts massaging like a maniac*

I seriously don't know why its working this quickly, I thought nbe was going to be really slow.
I wonder if three years of progestogen (similar to progesterone, released into body by contraceptive implant), and now it not being there has affected my growth (in a good way obviously) maybe I'll ask Lotus if they know anything about progestogen's effects on nbe or whether my body reacting to progestogen's removal could have helped my breasts grow

No need to ask Lotus. The answer is yes. Progestogens are notorious for inhibiting breast tissue development and could explain your breast shape as well. Which you're also recovering nicely.

Could coming off of it cause a growth spurt?
