gave up

#1

Hi,
I started using herbs not long ago. They seem to be working but my mood is not good. One minute I feel like I am dying and start crying for no reason, next minute I am really happy. Herbs make me feel like crap. I think I will give up. I will just continue with the subliminal CDs and maybe creams. Good luck to you all.

What about bovine ovary? It works just as well or better? Or a noogleberry.... that doesn't mess with hormones AT ALL!?

I already have Brava but I dont use it. I dont want to use Bovine Ovary or anything else taken internally apart from the oils and teas. At the moment, I am experimenting and creating my own cream. That would be suit me better. Thanks anyway good luck to you.

My lips are sealed until I have a good responseSmile)
I read this here somewhere. It was written by fennel fairy. I am following the same route but using different oils. I saved the part of it but can't find the link now. I wish you well tooSmile

This article is written by Fennel Fairy .
Recipe of NBE massage oil:

6 tablespoons of carrier oil: Preferably a mixture of Avocado oil, Soy bean oil and Emu oil.

Add an individually chosen amount of fenugreek powder to the carrier oil and leave for 3 to 5 days in a closed bottle before adding essential oils.

Then add:

10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil since medical studies have found to be a very effective skin penetration enhancer.

10 to 15 drops of fennel essential oil because of it’s estrogenic properties and likeness to mix well with, and help to transport the phytoestrogens from the added fenugreek capsules.

Shake bottle. Use within a week for maximum freshness and potency. Essential oils are volatile and evaporate easily, make sure to keep the top on the bottle.

Do not use more than 25 drops of essential oil with 6 tablespoons of carrier oil to avoid skin irritation.

Use a weekly body scrub (exfoliator) to ensure maximum penetration. And take a warm shower or bath before application of massage oil if possible.

Here is a few notes I picked up on oils for massage.

Safflower Oil
Safflower is easily absorbed but is quick to go rancid; users can expect a shelf life of 3 to 6 Months with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight).

Soya Bean Oil
Soya Bean is well absorbed and, as we all know, phytoestrogenic.
Soya Bean Oil is slow to go rancid; a shelf life of 6 Months to 1 Year if stored cool, and out of direct sunlight.

However, if it is just massage oil you need and don't plan to mix herbs into it, I'd recommend the soy bean oil.

A quick question, is there a reason why you're not using the Brava?

I know the info provided with all the pumps say you have to do it every day for lengthy periods of time, but if I was you, I would use it when you can.

I have a Noogleberry type pump, and only get to use it a couple of times a week, but I think it has helped. So maybe adding the Brava to your cream and massage program might help stimulate the tissue even more to encourage growth.

good luck!

Hi au naturale,
Brava does not work as Noogleberry. If you dont wear at least 8 hours every day for a period of time (10 weeks) it does shrink your breast. I tried to use it like Noogleberry but my breasts shrunkSmile Besides , I need a new pair of domes (bigger ones) which I don't buy at the moment. The creams work at the moment and I have more shooting pains than ever . I never had shooting pains with Brava . That is why I don't recommend it. Stupid of me, I did not try creams(long enough) and herbs first and bought Brava.(I bought Erdic many years ago, I thought that contain different herbs, I took about 10 big tablets and swallowed that time even though I can't now.I used it for 8 months and it didnt work). Because of Erdic, I didnt believe creams would work. I really believed I wouldnt need anything else apart from Brava. It does give good swelling though that is the main reason people are fooled by Brava.
