What do you think has caused the decrease in your waist?
i would probably put it down to a better diet and more exercise, aided of course by all the suggestions and support here on the forums

It makes sense, congratulations, it is usually difficult to decrease the waist line. keep up the good work-Awesome work. POM
this isn't my first time on the weight loss mountain climb.
i just hope i don't lose 3 cup sizes this time. i lost weight too quickly last time, dropping 3 dress sizes in 3 months or so

that is painfully true. i lost 55lbs in under 4 months before which was just too quick. it all came back when i began suffering from depression and anxiety about 15 months later.

Do you take ground flax seed daily? It is amazing for regularity and anti-depression. I take it everyday, of course organic one, and my wife takes it too.

So today I put on the green bra I brought in mid-march. The one I have nicknamed mr-pointy, and found that just like the white one I am filling it out much better than when I brought it! I've taken a comparison pic because of how happy it's made me. Again I'll reupload the original to save you searching backwards.
I wonder how long it will be before I outgrow 38G

You are definitely filling it more, but it also looks like you've got a lot of room left in it still too.

It has a little give to it but it doesn't feel like there's that much room left in it. This one feels smaller than the other three I brought though

I'm getting kinda fed up with how achey my boobs are. I wish my period would hurry up. Its been three years or so since I had one last and I am not used to the cramps and other pains that come along with it any more.
