New Program for DDs - Chiyomilk Alternatives

(27-04-2016, 20:52)msnewboobies Wrote:  Lost between 3 - 4 pounds! Sad

It's SO hard for me to keep any weight on. But my stomach has been a lot better. I think the medicine is working but it still feels like it's there. It's a strange feeling but maybe it's all in my head and it's going away.

Trying to gain a little weight before this weekend (music festival).

I was wondering why my breasts still looked big on my body but weren't really filling out my bras any more! At least they look good on me though lol.
So need to gain some weight. Also I haven't really noticed any changes with the SJW yet. Keep you posted.

If I could give a portion of my weight to everyone I've seen on here who struggles to put on I definitely would! I wish I found it easy to lose weight

As long as they look good on you eh? :p maybe you need to go down a band size if your boobs still look just as big in relation to your body.

Wouldn't it be great if all you had to do was est a ton of burgers or pizzas? But that would be unhealthy weight gain

I wish it were that easy!! Please I would gladly take it Tongue

Yeah I should definitely be wearing a 28 band but theyre all so ugly and have zero padding in my size! lol so for now I wear either my 30 band or my 32 band or just a sports bra or no bra! I'm waiting until I reach my next goal to purchase some more bras.

And I wish then we could all get bigger and be happy doing it lol

1600 calories!! Oh my! I need that. Looks like the main ingredient is whey. i think next week I'll get some powdered whey protein. I usually buy protein drinks because theyre tastier and easier but theyre getting to be pricey!

thanks ella Tongue

Side Note:

I know wikipedia isnt the best site to quote from but there was another study that I looked through and that's why I came across this wiki page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hormonal_b...nhancement

In the study, the women on average increased 3 inches in 6 months from estrogen and IGF-1.
It also says that taking estrogen orally decreases IGF-1 but taking it in a way so it doesn't pass through the liver increases IGF-1 (ie transdermal or sublingual etc).

Thinking about buying PM in the liquid extract form and applying it to my breasts and also adding maca to my program. Maca has lots of amino acids which should help increase HGH! Maybe that's why some women have had growth from adding maca.

I think I am still not quite balanced out so not entirely sure about adding pm back in. Looking for an alternate herb for estrogen. Maybe red clover? But I have read that the studies on the estrogenic effects of red clover are kinda blurry so maybe it doesn't actually work well...

And since I'll be gone for four days, I'm thinking about making some maca bars! mmm! I'll post recipes if they come out good Smile

Back from my trip!

SO glad to say that my stomach did not act up at all!! I think the medicine I am taking is finally healing it. My boyfriend was also talking to his coworker and his coworker was telling him about his daughter that has the same stomach problems as me. She was also a heavy drinker during college so I am starting to think now that my stomach problem stemmed from drinking and stress during school. She also has been to lots of doctors that can seem to find whats wrong.

I hope that my medicine heals it 100% then I will be more careful with drinking after this.

My breasts did NOT shrink surprisingly over the weekend which usually happens when I drink a lot. In fact I think they GREW! They are fuller now. So either the st john's wort is working or the positive affirmations I started are working which I think is helping a lot. Someone else on here said they attribute a lot of their growth to affirmations in conjunction with herbs.
This is what I have been repeating each day mostly during massages:

"Every night I release puberty hormones.
My breasts are getting larger and larger.
I am redesigning my breasts with my mind.
I have large, full, firm breasts.
I deserve full, large, beautifully proportioned breasts.
I become more beautifully proportioned every day.
I accept and love myself with large and full breasts.
I love my femininity and womanhood.
My breasts feel warm and full.
I can feel stimulation in my breasts as they grow.
I feel very positive about my body today.
My body knows what to do naturally.
I love my growing and enlarging breasts.
I feel confident with larger breasts.
My body constantly renews itself."

And my sex drive has been THROUGH THE ROOF! I can't even handle it lol -- is it the st john's?? It seems to be like it was before any nbe which is a good thing. Maybe my body is finally actually balanced now.

Small update:
I just ordered maca powder (navita gelatinized one) and I ordered saffron incense.
http://examine.com/supplements/Saffron/
Scroll down to the estrogen effects of saffron. It says in a study, the aroma of saffron increased circulating estrogen in women when exposed for 20 minutes.
Can't hurt to try. I bought some $3 incense online.

Still debating if I should do the PM liquid extract. I am finally becoming balanced and I am still seeing some growth so I may not do it. But I want to grow faster so I might cave and try it.

Boobie Update

I woke up with SUCH sore breasts today! I am pretty sure I am growing right now especially since last night my breasts felt soft and jiggly. Big Grin Feeling excited!

I did a hormone test last night online (based on symptoms) and it seems like I am still slightly estrogen dominant (so not going to add in the PM extract yet) and I might have a little too much testosterone. Also it said I have a cortisol deficiency which makes sense to me. I think my adrenals need some recovering but I have been doing better so I am just going to keep eating healthy, keep taking vitex, and focus on b vitamins, zinc, magnesium, etc from foods to try to up my progesterone.

I want to add maca to my program still and maybe that'll help balance my estrogen a little quicker. I should be getting my order tomorrow and I'll mix the maca with my protein drink. Then this weekend I want to make some maca energy bars Tongue
Here's the recipe I found online:
Creamy coconut and gingerbread look so good! Going to have the boyfriend eat some for breakfast before work too. He drinks too much coffee so the maca should be a nice energy boost and libido boost heehee. He needs to keep up with me now!!! lol!

Edit:
Oops forgot to mention also that I want to add some green tea to my program to get my estrogen down a little. Maybe 1 - 2 cups a day.

Also, that info you posted about gut health is very helpful! Thank you for that. Im also struggling to maintain my weight and I'm at 110 currently but it's SO easy for me to lose weight so I have to work really hard to maintain it. How tall are you? (if you don't mind me asking)

Thank you!
I had quite a few symptoms and I am not sure if they all are because of estrogen dominance, but i think they all have to do with hormonal imbalances.
I had a LOT of hair fallout and a lot of discharge (mostly creamy white sorry if that's tmi), memory loss (still battling that right now but it's been a little better), foggy thinking, long and heavy periods (although that could be from my copper iud, but I think it should have gotten better by now), extreme irritability (I hated almost everyone lol), ZERO sex drive, and quite a few months ago, I felt slightly depressed during my period usually towards the end but I think that could have had to do with coming off BCP.
But I am fairly certain I have too much estrogen in my system because every time I take PM, I start to have hair fallout and excess discharge which are my first signs of an imbalance. And I think for two cycles before this last cycle, I was getting some mid-cycle spotting which I looked up online and found out it was due to high estrogen levels. Also I found online that heavy or long periods are due to too much estrogen since estrogen is what builds the uterine lining -- more E will make it thicker and there will be more to shed during your period. So I will definitely be staying away from any estrogenic herbs for a while now!

I'm glad the gut health info helped! It's definitely been such a huge help for me. Also, I think some of my irritability issues can be attributed to not having enough minerals from having so many gut problems and not absorbing nutrients correctly. So I am really trying to fix my stomach. A lot of health problems arise from issues with the stomach.

I am exactly the same with weight! It fluctuates so much and I don't think it's water weight. I'm pretty slim (I'm 5'4") and I have muscle because I work out all the time (mostly lifting with some cardio for heart health). I drink so much water during the day though that I never get that bloated/water weight issue.
I actually came across this chocolate bar recipe that I call "cocoa fat bars" lol. I'll post the recipe soon but maintaining weight has a lot to do with calorie intake and since fat has the highest number of calories per gram, I thought it would be good to increase my healthy fat intake.

I know this is a very late reply hah but yeah it is scary how much our overall health is affected by the health of our gut! My mom was diagnosed with Celiac's disease and after she cut out gluten her anemia & other health issues she was having went away because she was able to actually absorb her nutrients. She says it can be hereditary and I should get tested but the idea of eating gluten free is so unappealing lol. I already have a difficult time keeping weight on so if I had to be restrictive like that I'd think I'd lose a ton of weight. But at the same time eating gluten when you have celiac causes all kinds of health problems & would definitely hinder nbe so it's something I should look into.

Good for you for working out regularly! I have been too because I know it has so many benefits. I find that sometimes working out increases my appetite quite a bit so that's good. I read some of your recent updates and it seems you're going though kinda the same thing I am! I had some growth & I gained like 5 pounds and I was loving how I looked. Then I lost like 4 or 5 pounds & lost some of my growth Sad I was under some intense stress and I didn't eat like at all or do anything nbe for like a week.
But anyways like you I am back on track! I saw on your recent update that you think the st john's wort might be helping & that you grew a bit so that's awesome! I've been really working hard w/ massage & I got a new kind of pm and I've had some good swelling. Also I'm going to try that reaffirmation you posted
(Sorry for the long reply lol)

Yeah it can be hereditary that's why I don't think I have the allergy because no one in my family has had it but I supposed it's still possible and I think you would probably know if you had celiacs which is a good thing you for you! You most likely don't have it Wink

It's so hard to maintain weight and all that stress stuff too. I think that's why I had a particularly hard time getting results the last few years -- school was stressing me out!! My boyfriend tells me to use breathing techniques to get through stressful times and I think it actually helps! I take a deep breath in through my nose and let my stomach expand and hold it for a moment then release through my mouth. It does make a difference.
Yes definitely give the affirmation a try!! I think if anything it speeds things up Tongue

Adding green tea and spearmint tea to my program.
Spearmint tea twice a day during luteal (it's actually a blend of peppermint and spearmint -- no spearmint only at the grocery store and didn't want to make the trip to the health food store Dodgy )
Green tea once a day each day to help with excess estrogen.

Next cycle, I want to burn my saffron incense for 20 min each day during follicular (for estrogen) -- not sure if I'm going to do it for 14 days or do it from day 6 - 12 or something..

Still thinking about adding a PM cream or pm liquid extract... just can't find a good brand I like. I really want this one - it's christina northrup's brand but the lotion is so darn expensive and i dont know what concentration of PM is in it so it might be a waste! I emailed them about applying the pm liquid topically so I'll see what they say about that.

Puresterol's site says each 100g of puresterol liquid extract contains
>20mg Miroestrol and >20mg isoflavonoids (including: diadzin, 3-25mg; puerarin, 7-30mg; genistin, 0.5-5mg; diadzein, 1-4mg; genistein, 0.2-4mg)
