Condoms

#1

Hey guys,
Since I've had my implant out, I have decided not to go on any other form of hormonal birth control for a while so we have been using condoms.
The problem is that my partner has said he's not finding sex as enjoyable with a condom on. We've tried ultra thin condoms (Skyn brand) but he says it still feels really different.
He's agreed to continuing with condoms but doesn't seem happy about it.
Does anybody have any suggestions as it kinda kills it for me too when I know he's not enjoying it as much as he used to

Have you any provider that can give you a non-hormonal implant? IIRC they use copper and it just kills any sperm that enters the uterus. Like any method, it's not perfect, but it has a very low failure rate from what I've read and heard.

Not that I know of, i'll ask the doctor about it when I make an appointment.

I have a lot of experience with condoms. I even participated in condom clinical trials. Because of my measurement 8" circumferance most condoms were uncomfortable with a too small base. I tried many kinds. I ended up using Trojan Enz. They were snug but not uncomfortable and included lube. I suggest find the right condom.

Thanks for the suggestion Billy, the thing is he said that wearing a condom makes it too different, he sais he doesn't like not being able to feel the wetness and everything else about being inside me (hope that's not TMI).

A strange thing happened when I met my wife. She insisted I not wear condoms. She had pre cancer of the cervix and a historectomy. I wore condoms for sex for 20 years. My xwife had bad issues with birth control so I wore condoms with her. I wore condoms since high school. Overall I discovered sexual feelings are mainly mental. So I do as I am asked

I think it might be because we've been together three years and never used a condom. He might just need to get used to it.

There are positions that do not require a condom... I make it a practice to pleasure my partner first. Someties that means holding out other times manual digital manipulation or toys. Maybe if he holds out until you have multiple orgasms he will be ready to explode with or without a condom.[/align]

there have been recent trials/studies , where the male applies heat to testicles and it has temporarily made them sterile.

I recommend a really good silicone based lube used under and over the condom. We also use Trojan ultra thin condoms, which my husband says he prefers over normal ones.
