Why this is the ONLY Maca you should be taking!

Just came up on this thread for inspiration. (Been slacking all winter/spring). My two cents:
After extensive research for about 2 years on Maca-
When I got growth last year I was using Navitas Maca and mixing it with protein powder. The protein powder was a chocolate flavor so I would freeze it a little in a to go coffee mug and take it wherever. I would sip all day but moreso after a workout.

Do you all take maca root and not the extract? Isn't the extract more powerful?
How much do you take, I got a bottle whicht says 2500g extract and take 1-2 per day, that is quite a lot..
