Has anyone had red bumps when using flaxseed oil??

I agree, Lotus. Anything to flush excess harmful estrogens is a positive thing.. Funny enough, I am still using the flax oil on other areas of my body like legs, arms, etc. without a problem. That makes no sense, except for the fact that I'm not massaging those areas like my boobs, so maybe the bumps were a result of combining the flax with heat/friction. Huh Who knows.

I am happy I stopped flax. With cysts in my lymph area and a halt of my progress I stopped Flax pills and flax oil massage.
