New Program for DDs - Chiyomilk Alternatives

(11-05-2016, 22:34)msnewboobies Wrote:  Adding green tea and spearmint tea to my program.
Spearmint tea twice a day during luteal (it's actually a blend of peppermint and spearmint -- no spearmint only at the grocery store and didn't want to make the trip to the health food store Dodgy )
Green tea once a day each day to help with excess estrogen.

Next cycle, I want to burn my saffron incense for 20 min each day during follicular (for estrogen) -- not sure if I'm going to do it for 14 days or do it from day 6 - 12 or something..

Still thinking about adding a PM cream or pm liquid extract... just can't find a good brand I like. I really want this one - it's christina northrup's brand but the lotion is so darn expensive and i dont know what concentration of PM is in it so it might be a waste! I emailed them about applying the pm liquid topically so I'll see what they say about that.

Puresterol's site says each 100g of puresterol liquid extract contains
>20mg Miroestrol and >20mg isoflavonoids (including: diadzin, 3-25mg; puerarin, 7-30mg; genistin, 0.5-5mg; diadzein, 1-4mg; genistein, 0.2-4mg)

What is the saffron incense for?

Been looking into st johns wort and ive read some amazing things really.
But didnt know this, its really good for gut health.

The following herbs are some of the best for reducing intestinal inflammation: aloe vera, cat’s claw, chamomile, licorice, wild yam and St. John’s wort, as all of these herbs are good at reducing the inflammation and promoting healing.
The above an exert from a herbalist at the shcool of herbal medicine.
I read several articles how its used in part treatment for leaking gut, sibo etc.

I have some so pretty sure il add it! Serotonin and gut healing!!!!

I am still taking the st john's. Its been less than one month since I started so I haven't noticed a lot of HUGE effects BUT my breasts feel very full right now just before starting my period and I was trying on bras when I was out shopping and I filled them out quite nicely Smile
A lot of people report growing larger breasts as a side effect of antidepressant medications called SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) and since I didn't want to take that, I looked up an herbal ssri and found SJW. I found some women online "complaining" about growing 1-2 cup sizes in typically four months of being on SSRIs so I imagine it must take a couple months to actually have some growth as with anything in nbe.
But more specifically there is evidence that SSRIs increase prolactin which is what is thought to be the cause for increasing breast size.

Oooh! What is mucuna?? Please share! Blush

I think I just have weird breasts.

I haven't measured them in like a year because I suck at measuring! But recently I decided to because they LOOK bigger than before for sure and even the boyfriend has noticed but last week it seemed like my breasts shrank since I was back to wearing 32C/30D bras (although VERY full - spilling over) but I didn't fill out my 30DD like I had before BUT I still looked much bigger than before even looking through old photos.
So weird so I measured and remeasured again and again -- I got 33, 33, 34, 33.5..33.5 -- yeah I measured a lot because I'm terrible at it haha I think they are 33.5 which would put me a little over a 32c/30d with my 27" underbust - Yeah I need a 28 band bra too I know lol.

I do think I have more shallow breasts and I can tell I have gotten more cleavage so maybe recently my breasts have been growing more in width than outwards Dodgy

Also I tried on bras yesterday and balconette bras fit me really well. I'm thinking of buying a 28 band one. I think plunge bras don't work well with my breast shape - they never have really. I always have to adjust even if I'm wearing a really tight 30 band that's practically cutting into my ribs lol.

Sooo
I have decided to add an estradiol cream and progesterone cream to my program. I've done a little more research and yes it is a risk and I am kinda worried about cancer, blood clots, etc. especially with estradiol. But I have read that applying them to less fatty parts of the body with thin skin will prevent or reduce the amount of hormones being stored in fat and also I have a pretty low body fat %.
I was primarily against PC for this reason. I have read so many studies and women on forums saying that after applying small amounts for only two weeks out of the month that they experienced extremely high progesterone levels and then elevated estrogen and testosterone levels too. A lot of women also have seen reduced symptoms when first starting PC but then after a few months, they are even worse than when they began sorta like a stimulant - they just crash eventually. I DO believe that PC can't heal any hormonal issues - I agree very much with the claims that it is more of a "band-aid" treatment that kind of relieves symtoms for a short while but doesn't actually fix the underlying problem. And I have had to deal with hormone imbalances for so long so I could definitely be entering some dangerous water but I will make sure to listen to my body and I am prepared to recognize any hormonal imbalance symptoms!

Suggestions and precautions are more than welcome!! Since I won't be starting for another week I think. I should start my period tomorrow then want to start e cream on day 5 of my period.

The reason for adding these is the research I did a while back. It seems like one of the surest ways to grow breasts based on the research..
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9610425
Applying estrogen to the skin can increase IGF-1 levels, and IGF-1 and estrogen combined are the main factors in breast growth during puberty among the other hormones.
The study showed that the women that experienced an increase in IGF-1 levels after one month, had on average 3" of growth in 6 months.

Also I read another study that said taking estradiol WITh progesterone cream greatly reduces your risks of health problems especially using bio-identical hormones. I wish I could find the article! If someone wants it, I'm sure I can search my history for a while lol.

I'll continue the maca and st john's wort with the creams and probably still take the vitex. And I want to start out with obviously very low doses. 10mg of the estriol/estradiol cream and 10mg of the PC (in luteal).

I wish mine would grow in width I feel like although my breasts measure really large, they are kinda long with narrow roots meaning I don't fill out the bra size my measurements give, this means I'm kind of squishing my breasts back a bit so I can fill out a smaller cup and give me good cleavage. I have a 52" bust and 38" under meaning I would be a 38JJ (UK size) if they were fuller but am wearing a 38G (looking to get a 38GG soon)

I need to find out which bra shape is best for me.

Haha Katana I wish we could trade bodies! It seems like we both want what each other already has Blush

I'm starting to think now that the bra shape really matters! These sites are really helpful

Lol I love the size of them (a little bigger might be good) but I just wish they were fuller and set closer together so they actually look nice and big.
