I think I just have weird breasts.
I haven't measured them in like a year because I suck at measuring! But recently I decided to because they LOOK bigger than before for sure and even the boyfriend has noticed but last week it seemed like my breasts shrank since I was back to wearing 32C/30D bras (although VERY full - spilling over) but I didn't fill out my 30DD like I had before BUT I still looked much bigger than before even looking through old photos.
So weird so I measured and remeasured again and again -- I got 33, 33, 34, 33.5..33.5 -- yeah I measured a lot because I'm terrible at it haha I think they are 33.5 which would put me a little over a 32c/30d with my 27" underbust - Yeah I need a 28 band bra too I know lol.
I do think I have more shallow breasts and I can tell I have gotten more cleavage so maybe recently my breasts have been growing more in width than outwards
Also I tried on bras yesterday and balconette bras fit me really well. I'm thinking of buying a 28 band one. I think plunge bras don't work well with my breast shape - they never have really. I always have to adjust even if I'm wearing a really tight 30 band that's practically cutting into my ribs lol.
Sooo
I have decided to add an estradiol cream and progesterone cream to my program. I've done a little more research and yes it is a risk and I am kinda worried about cancer, blood clots, etc. especially with estradiol. But I have read that applying them to less fatty parts of the body with thin skin will prevent or reduce the amount of hormones being stored in fat and also I have a pretty low body fat %.
I was primarily against PC for this reason. I have read so many studies and women on forums saying that after applying small amounts for only two weeks out of the month that they experienced extremely high progesterone levels and then elevated estrogen and testosterone levels too. A lot of women also have seen reduced symptoms when first starting PC but then after a few months, they are even worse than when they began sorta like a stimulant - they just crash eventually. I DO believe that PC can't heal any hormonal issues - I agree very much with the claims that it is more of a "band-aid" treatment that kind of relieves symtoms for a short while but doesn't actually fix the underlying problem. And I have had to deal with hormone imbalances for so long so I could definitely be entering some dangerous water but I will make sure to listen to my body and I am prepared to recognize any hormonal imbalance symptoms!
Suggestions and precautions are more than welcome!! Since I won't be starting for another week I think. I should start my period tomorrow then want to start e cream on day 5 of my period.
The reason for adding these is the research I did a while back. It seems like one of the surest ways to grow breasts based on the research..

Applying estrogen to the skin can increase IGF-1 levels, and IGF-1 and estrogen combined are the main factors in breast growth during puberty among the other hormones.
The study showed that the women that experienced an increase in IGF-1 levels after one month, had on average 3" of growth in 6 months.
Also I read another study that said taking estradiol WITh progesterone cream greatly reduces your risks of health problems especially using bio-identical hormones. I wish I could find the article! If someone wants it, I'm sure I can search my history for a while lol.
I'll continue the maca and st john's wort with the creams and probably still take the vitex. And I want to start out with obviously very low doses. 10mg of the estriol/estradiol cream and 10mg of the PC (in luteal).
