I haven't measured them in like a year because I suck at measuring! But recently I decided to because they LOOK bigger than before for sure and even the boyfriend has noticed but last week it seemed like my breasts shrank since I was back to wearing 32C/30D bras (although VERY full - spilling over) but I didn't fill out my 30DD like I had before BUT I still looked much bigger than before even looking through old photos.
So weird so I measured and remeasured again and again -- I got 33, 33, 34, 33.5..33.5 -- yeah I measured a lot because I'm terrible at it haha I think they are 33.5 which would put me a little over a 32c/30d with my 27" underbust - Yeah I need a 28 band bra too I know lol.

I do think I have more shallow breasts and I can tell I have gotten more cleavage so maybe recently my breasts have been growing more in width than outwards Dodgy

Also I tried on bras yesterday and balconette bras fit me really well. I'm thinking of buying a 28 band one. I think plunge bras don't work well with my breast shape - they never have really. I always have to adjust even if I'm wearing a really tight 30 band that's practically cutting into my ribs lol.

I wish mine would grow in width I feel like although my breasts measure really large, they are kinda long with narrow roots meaning I don't fill out the bra size my measurements give, this means I'm kind of squishing my breasts back a bit so I can fill out a smaller cup and give me good cleavage. I have a 52" bust and 38" under meaning I would be a 38JJ (UK size) if they were fuller but am wearing a 38G (looking to get a 38GG soon)

I need to find out which bra shape is best for me.

Haha Katana I wish we could trade bodies! It seems like we both want what each other already has Blush

I'm starting to think now that the bra shape really matters! These sites are really helpful
http://bustyresources.wikia.com/wiki/Breast_shape
http://www.herroom.com/bra-fitting-advice,902,30.html

Lol I love the size of them (a little bigger might be good) but I just wish they were fuller and set closer together so they actually look nice and big.

I've seen your progress pics and your breasts are definitely a lot closer together than when you started. They look great right now!! I think massage really does help bring them together because i've noticed that with my own breasts. I used to have like three fingers width of empty space between them lol and now it's more like 1 - 1 and 1/2 fingers between them.

Started my period yesterday! I was so happy. It was really light but still I started it!! EXACTLY 28 day cycle!
At the moment, I feel 100% hormonally balanced and I haven't felt this way in SO long.
Although, my skin has been extremely EXTREMELY oily. But I am wondering if this is a good thing. It's as oily as it was during puberty so maybe it's a good sign idk.

It could be a change in skincare routine, a medication I am taking, or possibly since my estrogen is lower/balanced, my testosterone levels are higher in relation to that. Not sure. But I only want to drink spearmint tea during luteal. I don't want to over do it. Last time I was taking saw palmetto, spearmint, and white peony and I had a major androgen hormone imbalance and got these terrible huge cyst like pimples on my back! I still have the scars from them. But they seem to be fading.

But I am extremely happy I am more balanced. It makes me feel better going into my new program. I needed to be balanced to start it.

With the E cream and PC, I want to continue taking vitex, SJW, and maca. Also, I want to continue with my boobie foods so vitamin c, magnesium-rich foods, seeds, HGH-encouraging foods, and anti-inflammatory foods.
Also, I definitely want to continue with the positive affirmation posted a few pages ago and hopefully I will keep up with massage. So far, I have already slowly been cutting it out of my program but I need to keep up with it. It will only speed things up. Maybe I'll try to do 10 min a day. 15 is starting to seem long but its so important.

Boobs right now:
They seem very full and round and nice and jiggly Big Grin but that's just my luteal swelling. They'll probably go down a little in a few days. But I can enjoy it now while it lasts right? Blush

REALLY great stuff in this thread: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=21853

Forgot to mention I want to include flaxseed during follicular too. After reading through the thread, I think it will be fine to have flax and pumpkin seeds during follicular for anti-androgens and then spearmint tea during luteal.

Still not sure if I should be using the E cream throughout my cycle or if I should take mini breaks ie around ovulation. Need to look at the menstrual cycle diagrams again. But I do definitely want to use it during follicular and then during luteal with pc. e cream morning and pc night.

I just discovered mucuna..gosh cant wait for my moneyz, everytime i want to try something new that could possibly give me more growth ill get so excited. Well, happy growingWink

I am still taking the st john's. Its been less than one month since I started so I haven't noticed a lot of HUGE effects BUT my breasts feel very full right now just before starting my period and I was trying on bras when I was out shopping and I filled them out quite nicely Smile
A lot of people report growing larger breasts as a side effect of antidepressant medications called SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) and since I didn't want to take that, I looked up an herbal ssri and found SJW. I found some women online "complaining" about growing 1-2 cup sizes in typically four months of being on SSRIs so I imagine it must take a couple months to actually have some growth as with anything in nbe.
But more specifically there is evidence that SSRIs increase prolactin which is what is thought to be the cause for increasing breast size.

Oooh! What is mucuna?? Please share! Blush

Thanks a LOT..thats sounds very interesting! Ill try to buy some SJW asap!Big Grin

Mucuna is a bean related to the ''lentil/peas'' family..Its been used succesful for century's in Ayurvedic Medicine, though Western research doesnt know it yet..they also discovered some side-effects, so each who wants to take it should read up on it a bit more.
Mucuna is an adaptogen and it also supports in making natural HGH..it contains
L-DOPA(an amino-acid) which is a precursor for dopamine and adrenaline. But also it contains 5 HTP which is serotinine..Huh...anyhow it says it contains serotonine too. Its good for out skin(elasticity, anti-cellulite)for our celstructure too, maybe even anti-cancerous but at least good for mutated cells it says.
Good for organs. Good for muscles and nerves....relaxes them and less vibrations when one is in pain or after workout...thats a bit all i knowabout Mucuna Puriens atm.

Mucuna sounds like an awesome herb. I just looked it up on this site - I like this site, I think it's pretty reputable since it collects a bunch of studies and basically summarizes them:
https://examine.com/supplements/mucuna-pruriens/

The only thing is it says it increases testosterone Sad but the study was done only with men but I assume it could affect women the same. My testosterone levels are already slightly elevated so I probably can't take that now.
BUT SJW also increases both serotonin AND dopamine. I read up more on this and it says increasing dopamine increases hgh Smile so sjw might be really great for hgh too!
It seems slightlyyy similar to sjw at least the effects I would want for it, except for the fact sjw isn't an adaptogen but I'm taking vitex and maca too right now.

Thank you for the suggestion though!! I think in the future I would want to take it if my t levels go down.
and btw I was using the herb pharm brand for sjw and that one definitely was good but I am switching over to nature's answer now because it was a little cheaper and more concentrated so more bang for your buck. I'm sure it will work the same but I'll have to try to see. And I take 900mg a day. I looked everywhere and that was about the recommended dose for depression which is when women experienced the growth in boobies so I assume I should take that. I started low though and then went up to 900. I try to take it in two divided doses. It says to take it in three doses of 300mg a day but I haven't noticed a difference really in taking it all at once, in two doses, or three doses. I just feel better doing two though lol.
oh and here is some more info on sjw if you want to read through first:

Update

Two days ago, I wore a bralette out with a dress and didn't feel completely flat! I have never felt confidant wearing just a bralette - my breasts ALWAYS feel tiny but I actually had some curves Big Grin
This made me second guess if I should start the e cream and PC because it seems like the SJW and everything else is working.
That night, I noticed i had more front cleavage too - like defined lines on my inner breasts! Which is also a first! I have always been pretty flat in the middle part with what I thought were "wide-set" breasts but I seem to be getting more cleavage.
And my breasts have only seemed to get bigger - normally they shrink a bit around this time from my period. Maybe they'll get smaller next week though - sometimes that happens too.

So I started the E cream yesterday anyways. I did feel a few bouts of soreness throughout the day but maybe it was just in my head lol.
Also I noticed my nipples were darker which is usually a sign that the estrogen is working. Isn't that why some women have darker nipples with PM? I definitely did! They were just beginning to lighten again but that's okay - theyll lighten after I stop the e cream.

Hopefully more good updates to come Big Grin
Excited for this cycle!

Your excitement is contagious. Last week, several times, I had imaginary conversations about not wearing a bra because even though I wasn't wearing one at times I looked in the mirror, it still looked I was! Eeee. Maybe I will wear a bralette out, too. I have a super cute one in pink and I don't usually like pink, but I look forward to wearing that- maybe just with nipcovers for modesty. High five!

And glad I can spread my excitement!!

Minor Program Tweaks and Booby Update

I have stopped taking vitex (as of about 5 days ago maybe a week ago). I think it has been making my skin oily. I read dht levels can rise with progesterone and vitex favors progesterone.. I have been a straight oil SLICK! I might have had skin this oily back when I started puberty but can't remember exactly - it might be worse. It's been out of control. And I was just starting to calm down my oily skin too when I was on bcp (ortho tri cyclen lo is often prescribed for oily skin).

I have also decided not to use both e cream and pc during luteal. I seem to be leaning towards e dom - I can tell because my vag has been really wet lol and creamy.
I think today is day 16 (need to check my period app) so I will just do pc at night from now on.

Also! I added more spearmint tea. I was drinking 2 cups a day a few weeks ago but it didn't seem to help my oilyness. This week I started drinking four cups a day (1 tea bag per 8 ounces) and I have seen a pretty good reduction in oil already. Could also be from starting to use my BHA exfoliant more often - trying to use it every night now instead of sporadically throughout the week.

My skin has been breaking out for some reason. It could be a number of factors. I hope it's not because of hormones although it could be.. but I've had these larger pimples on the left side of my cheek and only on that side! and then one on my chin. I rarely break out so this is odd. I usually don't touch pimples and put tea tree oil on them until they go away but this time i couldn't resist - tried popping one on my cheek and it just stays the same. It's been there for like a week and a half now Sad

Okay onto BOOBIES!
My breasts are definitely growing! I tried on a sports bra from when I first started nbe and my goal was to have my boobs touching/have that cleavage line in them -- let me tell you - I definitely have that and THEN some! Big Grin
It feels great to be so close to my goals. I definitely still want some more growth though.
I really think the st john's wort is contributing the most to my growth. I get some tingles/soreness each day but nothing overwhelming. In fact i have to pay close attention to even notice it.
I am still repeating my positive affirmation every day but I have slowed down on massaging. I should massage more for shape/firmness..
Next cycle I think I will skip the E cream and just use some pc in luteal maybe. I like how things are going now Smile

I hate to mention this but sjw inhibits NBE, it's going in the wrong direction. Think of sjw as an otc antidepressant, albeit an herbal version. Congrats on the recent growth, you deserve it. Wink
