Some Breast Enhancement Foods For You to Try

#1
Thumbs Up

Many women want to treat their bodies better, eating more nutritious foods and exercising to remain fit. The allure of having bigger and more attractive breasts is hard to resist, though. If you want to keep your goal of having a healthy body but want to improve a little on what nature gave you, there are breast enhancement foods that you can try.

Fenugreek is one such herb. Fenugreek is often recommended to nursing mothers who want to increase their milk supply. It can also be used by women to enhance the look of their breasts because the seed contains compounds which increase healthy breast tissue. Fenugreek is available in capsules and teas. Not only does it help to keep your breasts healthy and beautiful, it can lower cholesterol, help with Type 2 Diabetes, and ease symptoms of menopause. It is a remarkable herb.

Saw Palmetto is another herb that has been used for centuries. It has no side effects and can be used by men and women alike. For men, it can alleviate impotence. For women, it can help increase the size of the breasts. It can also be used to maintain good digestion, strengthen the urethra, and maintain the thyroid gland and urinary system.

in actuality.. one who has diabetes should be VERY careful using fenugreek, since it can drastically drop blood sugar. It may send the diabetic into hypoglycemic (not enough sugar) state and can be very very bad....

I am borderline Hypoglycemic naturally, so I stay far away from Fenugreek....

saw palmetto:

Few adverse effects or allergic reactions are associated with saw palmetto extract use. The most common are gastrointestinal, some of which may be reduced by taking the extract with food. Use may increase the risk of bleeding or affect sex hormones, and concurrent use of other drugs with similar action should be avoided.[12]

Beta-sitosterol, a chemical present in saw palmetto extract, is chemically similar to cholesterol. High levels of sitosterol concentrations in blood have correlated with increased severity of heart disease in men who previously suffered heart attacks. However, this is a preliminary finding and more research is needed before any conclusions can be made.[13]

Beta-sitosterol is LIKELY SAFE for most people when taken by mouth. It can cause some side effects, such as nausea, indigestion, gas, diarrhea, or constipation. Beta-sitosterol has also been linked to reports of erectile dysfunction (ED) and loss of interest in sex.

Beta-sitosterol is POSSIBLY SAFE when applied to the skin.

Special Precautions & Warnings:
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Not enough is known about the use of beta-sitosterol during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.

Sitosterolemia, a rare inherited fat storage disease: People with this condition have too much beta-sitosterol and related fats in their system. They are prone to early heart disease. Taking beta-sitosterol makes this condition worse. Don’t take beta-sitosterol if you have sitosterolemia.

You really should also research and post all of the dangerous side effects of such herbs too. These things should not be taken by all and do not come without consequences.
