Hi crystalelle, I've been wondering for awhile about soy in protein bars so thanks for clearing that up Big Grin ! I've never heard the waist breast ratio before so that's cool I will look into in that because I do not want saggy boobs haha. I would love to be a C but I like to be braless in the house and on days when it's too hot and being a C may be too much for me to handle. But I am totally aware of booby greed and so if I had the opportunity to grow that big I know I wouldn't pass it up haha but right now my goal is a big B.

Thanks girlfriday! I will definitely keep you guys posted. I read a lot of the programs of people who are doing B.O. trying to get a feel of what they are doing so I can implement it to my program too lol. The hardest part for me I feel wil be getting 90 grams of protein everyday so I'm constantly looking up the protein intake of the food I'm eating and seeing how many protein shakes I'll need a day to complete the 90.

Hey periwinkle! Long time no see, right? I totally feel you tryin' out the BO! I was a lil nervous about it since it's ovaries, that's why it was my last resort as well. I'll be using Swanson's BO...thought about UB, but I don't like the ipriflavone or the wild yam they put in it. Less pills to take is good tho. Hopefully I get my BO by the weekend, can't wait to start! I'm positive you'll reach a full B cup in no time. I, on the other hand, want a full C (maybe a nice D cause I know I'll get greedy lol) and I'm starting at a freakin' AA. So got a ways to go! Rolleyes

Good luck with your new program, I'll be checking on your thread here and there. Smile

Good luck with swansons! How are you going to do a majority of your protein? From shakes or are you going to get it through food?

Well, honestly...I don't think it's mandatory to get 90g of protein everyday. That's alot. Someone had said they did fine without adding extra protein. But I am taking a nutritional drink that has protein in it, Spirulina--which is mostly protein, and I just make sure my diet has protein. I am also using pituitary to give me a better chance of growth. Besides, I can't afford to buy more NBE stuff every month, I keep a strict budget for this project.

I got my order Friday and started that night. I already felt some tingles here and there and it's only been a couple days, so I'll see how things go over the next 2 weeks.

I read your recent comments Friday night and googled spirulina to see what is was on lol. Does it taste good?

I noticed pituitary was a list in BB ingredients and not UB from a recent thread. Do you get it from swansons as well?

Maybe I should have started this month as well but I'm trying to make this program so perfect and am trying to raise my protein intake daily before starting but you make a very valid point about the 90g because I think it was crystalelle who said she had gained a bit of weight and so she reduced her protein shakes from 1/2 to a 1/4.

I was taking 25gram of protein at 1st and I already gain weight. Note that I am only on it for a couple of weeks. I don't know what will happen if I take 90gram. The recommended daily allowances for me is only 47gram.

Now days I only take my protein after ovulation and all the way until my menses end. Which is in general I take protein from the 1st day to 4th day of my menses then stop, and then start again on the 14th day until the 28th day. I am taking only around 12.5g of protein. Then during my growth spurt I up the protein to 25g but it is just for 2-3 days, cause my growth spurt only come on this few days.

Being on BO for 1/2 a year make me realize that when your body is having more estrogen you tend to pack in the pounds easily. So I will be careful with the protein so that I don't over do it because when you really ended up side ways you will still need to reduce your weight at the end and the boobies will also be deflated too.

Unless if you are those rare people here who don't pack in weights easily, then I say go ahead with all the protein you want. But always remember access nitrogen (protein molecule) will need to be flush out from your body using your kidney. It can cause damage to your kidney in long run.

I see you had questions for me here, good thing I checked.Smile

No, spirulina is notorious for being nasty lol. My bf tried it out of the capsule and he said he tried some nasty food, but spirulina was bad!Big Grin I just use caps so I don't taste a thing.

As for pituitary, yes I got it from Swanson's...only $5, so it's easy on the wallet. And if the ready-made shakes were the same price for a 6 pack as my nutrition drink I would swap. Hm, anybody know any that's under $10?

Crystalelle, thanks for further explaining. I do tend to gain weight easily quicker than in my past so this is something I want to avoid.

Shyboobs haha this is what I was afraid of but I may do the pills to avoid the nasty taste.

New thing to be on my to do checklist: get pituitary!
