Both are estrogenic, so no. If you want something that should complement PM and is a galactagogue, try shatavari.

But they list fenugreek here... what's the next best one? I'm at a pharmacy right now checking their supplements out.

I won't argue with shatavari. I think it's better than fenugreek.
There's Ayursante on Amazon with 50% saponins and there's one on ebay with 40% saponins whose name I forget. It's a lot more potent and convenient this way.
