Extract form a post on the board.
**added information to the extract**

"The st herb pills are made from a whole plant powder and have "other tropical herbs" that are non-estrogenic in them as well. They are pretty much the same form and dosage as what was used in the clinical trial that is cited by both Mirifem and st herb. They are taken on and off, to conform to your cycle...they dosage is 800mg a day because they are powder herb rather than extract.

The Mirifem pills contain a PM extract...therefore the dosage in mg is smaller number....these pills also contain some other Phytoestrogen herbals, a compound to aid absorption (Bioperine) and Activin a grape seed skin extract that is an antioxidant. They contain a "super food" called spirulena which is actually an algae that is packed with basic nutrients. These can be taken everyday and do not need to be "cycled" with your period. ** they are time-released now**

The Mirifem has not been out that long with this new formula ** FULL Potential**. I have not had the time to gather any significant number of reviews of this new formula. I welcome anyone using it to please let us all know how it works for them. Let me know personally as well so I can report to other customers."

Testimonial just recieved a few hours ago by a first time customer. maybe i will see if she will come and join the forum and keep us informed of her progress, since they have so many women here interested.

"Hello, I have been taking the Full Potential pills for a little over 2 weeks, I now see and feel a notiiceable difference. Although my size is still an A cup, its a FULL A cup (before taking the pills not full at all). So I can only imagine the difference the pills will make in 30 days forward. Thanks so much for such a great product.//Al, US 06.18.07"

Peuraria UK is not such good quality according to what others here seem to think anyway. I noticed a few girls seem to think the quality is not so good as the other brands you mention.

Product Review: Pueraria Extreme from Pueraria UK

The title says it all.
What? Extreme?
Extreme referrs to the suspiciously high dose of PM in these capsules. They have 500mg in them. Compare to St herb at 200mg Powder (per capsule)and Mirifem 75 mg Extract(per tablet).

You might say...well gee, 500mg that sounds great...more is better isn't it? Well not neccessarily. Especially when you are talking about PM. My first thought when checking out this product was "why did they find it necessary to put so much into the capsule?" The answer, I believe, is most likely that they have used Pueraria that is inexpensive to use...the stuff from wild grown plant material. It is cheap and there is a lot of it in Thailand.

The problem is that because the stuff is harvested randomly and too early...(miroestrol only develops in the tubers after years of growth) it contains little or no active ingredients. Therefore they crammed 500mg into a cap to make it look like a good deal.

You can take all the PM in the world but if it has low levels of active ingredient...miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol mainly, it won't do you much good and might even cause unwanted side effects. This is what I suspect is in the Pueraria UK Product.

The price they sell for is also a give away...the selected hybred species that have the 5-10 year harvest cycle and grow for commercial and research purposes on that farm in Thailand is expensive...the Pueraria UK with 500mg ea at the price they are selling just can't be the good stuff.

Have you ever wondered why you see PM talbets for sale on ebay and elsewhere on the Internet for $7.00 for a bottle of 100 300mg tablets etc. These are made from this wild variety of Pueraria plant.

So the difference is basically in the level of active ingredient in the raw material used in these products...St Herb and Mirifem use premium grade cultivar....I question highly that Pueraria Uk's, Extreme uses this grade of Pueraria in their supplement.

Hope this helps...

hey guys so im in my final stages of research, both full potential (pills and cream) and peuraria extreme (pils and spray) have recieved great reports .. i decided not to go with st herbs because of the price and some negative comments regarding its side effects to menstrual cycle.

i was wondering if it was wise to use them both together OR any recommendations on the sway of my decision in favour of either?

my stats (if it helps): age 19, bust size 34A, weight 50kg, height 159 cm's

hope watever i try works! wanting to surprise the bf with a 'enhanced' set of breasts Smile he says they're beautiful but im sure he wouldnt mind 'beautiFUL' Big GrinD

thanks ladies *.* xx Jen

I personally got PM.UK as it comes from very near me so it arrives quickly and is ridiculously cheap (so cheap I wouldn't have bothered but Katie got good results). I'll try the cheapskate approach for a couple of months and if that's not working I'll probably go for St.Herb if that's got the best reputation.

I'd go with Pueraria UK. It's hella cheap, so there's less risk if you want to try it first.

Hey, I use the pueraria.co.uk one. I used it from start of April to end of June, taking it 500mg 2x/day with no breaks, and massaging with the cream 2x/day as well. During this time I had no disturbances to my cycle. In July, I took it on and off and massaged on and off. Then I used it from start of August to end of September in the same way as in April to June, but massaging with the spray and the cream, and also Palmers cocoa butter formula 2x/day with no breaks. This time, I skipped 2 periods. I've now started using it like Katie, 15 days on, 15 days off, but massaging 2x/day every day. From April to September I gained just over an inch, and my breasts have definitely got firmer and rounder, but I think I may have stalled due to not taking any breaks. I'm hoping now I'm going to kick-start some more growth. Overall pueraria.co.uk has been good for me so far, and I've gained more self-confidence.
Good luck!
Tish

Go with anything else but Full Potencial, I think their formula sucks. They put Saw Palmetto in it which is notorious for extra weight gain and cellulite on bum and tops of legs, for most women anyway. There was really no need to put Sp in their formula, when SP is soo easily purchased in any drug store for anyone that thought they needed it. Also it has always been stated that Pueraria Mirifica works better on its own, so a big contridiction to add other herbs to it. I wish I hadn't of wasted my money on it. Just my opinion though.

The pueraria uk can't be the good stuff. I can't see how it's possible. The price and the dose both tell me this can't be premium pueraria.

to deb from ebay : mirifem or stherb?
May 23 2008 at 6:35 AM dandelion (Login dandelion1)

I'd like to know, all costs aside, which one of these two products is stronger (better).
Perhaps one is better for cream, and the other for pills? If anybody knows, please let me know!
Or possibly the pueraria extreme?
thanks!

I asked Deb about Full potential vs St Herb cream and she said St herb was stronger...also more costly. Been using it for a week and my boobs have definatly firmed up, no growth though, been bad with sweets, got a 3lb box of candy for mothers day.

Avoid the pueraria extreme. The other two are OK.

Full potential just mosturizes, if it has any PM, then it must be very little.
