Hi there!
So I'm done with my previous program, and I've been looking for new things to add to my routine, and there it is :
[/b]JULY-SEPT
Everyday :
* Omega 3 & Omega 6 supplement 250 mg
* Vitamin C 500 mg
* Rasperry leaf tea in the morning
* 3 cups of green tea (morning, snack , after lunch)
*Multivitamins (almost over, just in july then a break till september )
* Dandelion root tea during my period
* Spearmint tea once a day
+ Pumping 2h'20 5 days a week
+ Cupping twice a week 20'
+ Deer massage before pumping 10'
+ Exercise 3 days per week = 1h 30' aerobic 1h'30 anaerobic
∞ DIET ∞
- Add more whole grain food to my diet
- Protein shakes for breakfast & snack
- BCAA shake when I do exercise
- No gluten (my stomach gets upset)

>> Mirtazapine. It's an antidepressant. This past year is been a chaos for me professionally (I'm a lawyer) & personally . I don't have any other choice but take it . It does work , I don't have panic attacks lately and I can eat as much as I want which is been impossible for 6 months ... This is why I don't add any kind of herbs because I don't know if they could affect the antidepressant effects.
OCT-DECEMBER

+ Cupping three days a week 30'
+ Deer massage everyday 20' + MACADAMIA OIL
+ Exercise 3 days per week = 1h 30' aerobic 1h'30 anaerobic
- BREAK N PUMPING-
∞ DIET ∞
- Add more whole grain food to my diet
- Protein shakes for breakfast & snack
- BCAA shake when I do exercise
