After using many herb and didn't get significant results; now i just do pumping and massage. So I'm herb free now

A little update. My breast is back to small size again and the ring mark is not gone. I drink plenty of water and i didn't pump too hard/long. Idk why it happen but i think I'm going to stop pumping for awhile.

Wow it looks like you have great improvement if you were an A cup previously.. Why don't you take a rest and start back when the marks are gone? It might be all that pressure..
