Is it beneficial? Not recommended? I have a bad habit of not eating the best -- though I'm trying to be better at it. But I'm trying to make some healthy changes in addition to my NBE program. I've seen that protein is a necessity for BO, but what about herbal?

I know that Vortex Health recommend it for those taking Wonderup, as I've seen that, but I don't know if it's generally recommended for herbal NBE.

If you are on herbs it is best to go with plant base protein such as soy and pea. You can get those in powder form too from swansonvitamins.

The one I got is Whey and Soy, so I guess I picked the right one!
I'm actually in the position where I could stand to gain a few pounds, so I'm not using at a supplement for meals, rather in addition to and for what I'm lacking in my diet.
