I'm trying to lose weight and wonder if any one could give me a plan to follow. I can't go to the gym and not really allowed to go out much. I would love at home exercises. I know when you exercise you can't lose weight just from one area. I was wondering if there was an exercise to do at home to help lift my breast because they sag, arm exercise because they do jiggle, and something to help my butt get bigger I know squats help with that. I have made a plan to drink just water
