Yikes, over $30! With all my first-month-of-living-on-my-own-and-owning-a-new-car payments dropping on me right now, that's too steep. It looks good, though. I'm going to get some to keep in my medicine cabinet once I'm more stable financially, since my colds always last forever and a day and I've been searching for something that will cut their duration shorter. Going to read up on kyolic now. Thanks, Ella!

Mm, I love garlic. A lot of people sure are getting sick right now! I'm surprised it's happening in your neck of the woods, too. I hope your vitamin c does the trick and you stay good and healthy.

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling a touch of something. But your tummy is feeling better? That's the best news! I'm so relieved for you! Hopefully it's finally healing.

I have luteal swelling right now, I think. It's nice. Not huge, but noticeable. I hope I can hold onto some of it. Preferably all of it.
Still sick and it's so boring and old now, ugghhhhhh. The worst part is I basically didn't sleep last night. I was fighting not to fall asleep at work today. My body loves to torture me.
In that same vein, my hormones have been INSANE this cycle, good grief. I've been in honest disbelief because of them over the past several days.
I get paid at the end of the week, and I'm going to go on an epic grocery shopping spree. Been watching Nigella Lawson videos, and I'm going to make some of the recipes from here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vyysD6o57Q I want to have a healthy, easy breakfast, a really healthy, nutritious lunch, and then something kind of decadent yet still healthy for dinner. I really want to be a good cook.

She has such a great presence, doesn't she? It's strange to think that she used to be insecure, like me. And yes, her figure is such an inspiration! She seems to favor Mediterranean cuisine. Maybe that's the key!
I'll do my shopping spree this Saturday. So far my list includes goat cheese, parmesan cheese, pasta, Greek yogurt, cream, milk, parsley, eggs, turkey bacon, lettuce, lemons, apples, bananas, and a can opener.
I've always wanted to be a good cook. My mom was an amazing cook. She made such rich, elaborate dishes and was always reading cooking magazines.
Oh no, I'm sorry about your egg! That sounds awful. Cooking definitely takes time and a certain amount of technique, even on simple things like eggs.

I came from a family of good cooks, so cooking is sort of in my genes. Does your hubby do the cooking, then?
I just had to look up Whittaker's chocolate. I want to try that Dark Orange kind so badly.
Yes, her figure is beautiful!
