The Year-Long Massage and Diet Project (No Herbs)

Thanks for your concern, guys. The reason I'm not too alarmed is because my brother was coughing up blood recently, too, and it turned out to just be a sinus infection. So I'm not too worried. The bleeding hasn't persisted. Everything is clear now. I'm just coughing like crazy. I feel sorry for everyone who lives on my floor; I'm sure they can hear me. The worst is at night when I can't sleep and I'm sure they can't, either, because I'm coughing and hacking like I'm getting paid to do it.

Missb - People keep telling me not to rush it, but like... I've never had a boyfriend. Not even kind of. Not even been on a date. Never been kissed. I pretty much invented not rushing things, and look where it's gotten me: boyfriendless, dateless, insecure, and lonely. It just isn't working for me. Sad I don't know if I give guys an "I'm not interested" vibe or what, but nothing ever goes anywhere for me.

hannah - I haven't been exercising since I moved here, so maybe getting back into a regular routine will help. As soon as I feel better, I think I'll start back up.

I think I just had the first ever 28 day menstrual cycle of my life. Well, okay, maybe not the first, not sure if it's happened before or not. But one of very few. My period started yesterday on day 29. But I think it's just because I phased out MSM. I tend to spot or get my period a few days after I lower my dosage of or completely omit MSM.

My breasts are full right now with luteal swelling. Trying to make a point of having good posture so that they sit up nice and proud.

Tomorrow I'm going grocery shopping! I'll report back with what I got.

Going to dump some links to the NBE things on my Amazon wishlist here, as I'm trying to organize and clean up my wishlist:

I wish Santa was real, and he'd bring me some of these things. Or better yet, that I was married and my husband would buy them for me.

I felt bad about not getting vegetables, but then I remembered I have a bunch of frozen vegetables already. It was a surprisingly cheap grocery trip.

I want to go to another grocery store this upcoming weekend. It's a cheaper store with a better selection than the one I went to today.

Going to be making pasta dishes, sandwiches, eggs, oatmeal, and Mexican dishes. Hope it all goes to my breasts!

Yes, processed meat is HORRIBLE for you. So much sodium in it, too. I've just been eating it for now because it's cheap. But once I feel more stable financially, I'm going to switch to stuff that's better for me.

Some annoying news: I think my left breast had a small, random growth spurt. Meanwhile, my right breast didn't. I don't know, maybe I'm imagining it. But my left breast seems even bigger in comparison to my right breast than it used to. Boo. I'm concentrating on more massage on my right side now. Well, at least I know what I'm doing promotes growth.

I ate at a Thai restaurant yesterday with some friends. I've never had Thai food before. Oh my goodness, SO GOOD. It made me want to make Asian food at home more than ever. My friends let me take home all the leftovers. I'm trying to control myself and save them until I've eaten my other leftovers up. We had ginger tea with it, and I'm in love. Got to get some ginger and make my own.

Goat cheese is soooo gooood. So tangy and yummy.

Food is really a wonderful thing.

I am sure your right breast will catch up. For me its the other way around. Am going to work on my left breast once I completely restart nbe.

I haven't really tried Thai food much but I do love Asian food in general!

Well for what its worth they did a series about whats in our foods these days. And while they did claim processed meat more than 3 times a week ( from memory) can increase your cancer risk you can negate it somewhat by consuming it WITH raw veggies and i know you probly do that. I envy your food choices, processed meat gives me reactions now, il get real dizzy and short of breath when i eat any sausages etc. Crazy huh. I think when your body is in a state of shock or repair it tells you bythese reactions to keep away from them

Isn't it so irritating? Just think if both our breasts were the size of our bigger breast. We'd be so much further along on our NBE journeys.

Since you love Asian food, you'll definitely like Thai food. Try it if you ever get the chance. It's insanely good.

Oh gosh, I hate raw veggies more than anything! I prefer them cooked. But that's really good info.

In a way, it's good that your body lets you know that what you're eating isn't good for you. I always think of people who can get away with eating bad things and what that has to be doing internally long-term. Still, super unpleasant for you! I can't imagine getting dizzy and short of breath purely from eating a sausage. Sad  Your body's been through it, Ella. I hope you're taking good care of yourself and getting proper rest and eating whatever healthy food you can tolerate.
