I have no enemies and in fact have nothing but friends and loved ones who are crazy about me. I have a good job, a new life, and a future that's looking like it could include things I didn't think I'd ever get to experience. The past few months have had me doing things I never thought I'd do. I think God's trying to show me that I have his favor and I need to just rely on him and not let my negative mind and assumptions worry me and get in the way of him working.
Another thing my birthday usually makes me think of is how much I want to take care of myself. The things I've been struggling with lately are sleep (okay, that's not a "lately" thing) and eating enough. I caved and ordered a mattress the other night when, at 1:00 in the morning, I still wasn't asleep because my futon felt so uncomfortable. So hopefully the sleep thing will work itself out once I actually have a bed with a mattress. The eating thing is something I need to throw more effort and time into. I realized today that a meal plan always works best for me, so here's what I'm thinking right now:
Breakfast - Fruit, two poached eggs, oatmeal, tea, milk
Lunch - Green smoothie (my brother and sister-in-law got me a blender for my birthday!), some sort of protein. Still brainstorming this one. I might do a homemade personal-sized whole grain veggie pizza with goat cheese and mozzarella on it. Not sure. And tea. Always tea.
Dinner - Stew with salad and good bread, or roasted vegetables with fish or meat and tea. On the weekends I'll make and eat a Nigella Lawson recipe.
Snack - Yogurt or kefir and nuts with dried fruit
Another big goal I have for this new year of my life, aside from getting a boyfriend, is to learn to appreciate and trust myself.
And as for NBE, I'm feeling ready to start taking some risks. I'm going to do some things I've never tried before.
Happy birthday bb! And many happy returns, may the next year be full of good fortune and you meeting your goals!
A mattress does sound like a good thing! And that meal plan is mouthwatering! Good luck with all your endeavours x

I went grocery shopping today. I got ingredients for stew, ingredients for these cocktail sausages that Nigella Lawson makes, ingredients for meatballs, and ingredients for green smoothies in addition to staples like milk.
Speaking of Nigella Lawson, I checked her Christmas cookbook out from the library today. I'm kind of obsessed with her. I relate to her a lot. If you watch her cooking shows, she's constantly saying these little self-deprecating things. You can kind of tell she secretly doesn't have the highest opinion of herself. Anyway, I've already started reading it and picked out three recipes I want to try. I'm going to make as many as I can. Some of the shots of her in the book are great NBE motivation.
I put on my fat redistribution bra today, and I don't remember my breasts ever looking so squished in it. My left breast in particular looked positively crammed into the thing. It's just luteal swelling, though. Sigh...
As stews and soups are going to be staples this cold season, I've made up my mind to always have a pot of chicken feet stock on hand starting next month. So I'm going to go to the Asian grocery store near me after work one day next month (I can walk there from work; it's in the same parking lot space as my work place, basically, that's how close it is) and get some chicken feet. I'm going to make so many soups with the stock.
I was fantasizing about having a Noogleberry today. Soon...

Hi. Could you show us a picture of the bra, the front and the inside of it? Not you wearing it of course but just want to see what an actual fat distribution bra looks like.. Thanks

It's the same ones we've talked about a few times before. For some reason, I never know what to call them! But I know you know what they look like, as our very first ever interaction was about them and you own some.

OH Yeh i know what these ones look like, but they are $10 vs the $50+ that Bradelis sell so in my eyes these are abit of a knockoff. I was under the impression you had purchased a honest to goodness one! Wanted to see what the expensive ones look like to compare to the cheap ones you know?
Most of these cheaper ones now have magnetic balls in them too, goodness knows why, i read something disturbing about EMFs and metallic bras and i dont care to recall or il freak out. See i look at bradelis then look at the amazon ones and they are worlds apart

Trust me, I would have made a huge announcement in my thread if I'd gotten myself a Bradelis, ha ha ha! But I do plan to buy myself a step 1 bra as a gift for doing this routine consistently for a year. Especially since I'm making a ton more money now than I used to and can afford it.
I think the magnetic bras are supposed to increase growth? I know magnetic therapy is an NBE technique. I agree, seems way too dangerous to have something that close to your breast tissue.

Yeh you should get one! I would but the nuggets charge more for the shipping than the bra itself . Honestly the Bradelis look soo diff to the cheaper ones but then you can dispute knock offs can be as good if not better! I still have some " strangle the life out you transfer bras" but can't wear them! The Bradelis actually LOOK real comfy !
