Cysts can be caused by a hormone imbalance. I can usually come close to telling you which hormone imbalance it is, by menstrual cycles. From what you described, it's an imbalance.

As for Pueraria, if you're still taking it, definitely stop, because it doesn't distinguish between feeding unhealthy and healthy tissue. If you have cysts, it can risk making them grow, or if it becomes cancerous, it will feed that. It's like refined sugar, which feeds cancerous as well as healthy cells.

I don't know which herbs are in breast actives.

I suggest to eat a lot of produce which has fiber, which you need to help you in case of your cysts. Green tea and ginger root are good against cysts, but they will also make your boobs shrink. Your priority is taking care of cysts than about breast enhancement.

You don't want dong quai when you have cysts. First you have to be free of cysts before you can do anything safely.

If I don't know what hormonal imbalance you have, I won't know how to correct it.

I think it's really strange cause I got my hormones checked and progestrone and estrogen was normal and testestrone was low

You're going to have to see a doctor to find out what it is, and possibly they'll take a biopsy. It may not be cancer, it could be a tumor that is not cancer, or it could just be growth, but both are a significant danger of becoming cancer. Or it could be cancerous.

I don't know what that is. It could be prolactin, but then again, it can be something else. There are many more receptors in the breasts.

In the meantime, eat healthy. Avoid refined sugar, avoid hydrogenated foods, avoid unnatural food colorings and flavors, use a chlorine filter on your tap water. Eat healthy fats, and a lot of fiber.

There's information that I'm missing to know what it is. It has to be something you were taking, when your breasts shrunk, that is likely also causing the cysts.

Did you mean Microgynon 50? What does it act like? Is it progesterone or prolactin and estrogen like?

What ingredients does breast actives have?

Completely quit taking Dong Quai and Pueraria.

If you're going to take anything, stick with Green Tea and Ginger root together, which will help, but if it's a cancer not related to progesterone, prolactin or estrogen hormones, they won't be as effective. Actually, Green tea and Ginger root will help if it's an insulin related cancer.

This is my results from ultrasound the right breast shows dense fibroglandular stroma but no concerning masses or cysts the left breast demonstrates a simple cyst in the 3 o clock sector measuring 5mm , 5.7cm from the nipple the remains left breast shows no concerning masses or cysts

And yes that's the pill I was on I have now gone off the pill aswell taking chase tree vitex to balance hormones
