I'm past due for my monthly check-in. Well, I've tweaked things a bit, but haven't done the overhaul I mentioned several posts ago. I'm still working on that; I keep doing more research and flip-flopping.
The changes I've made recently are I've started taking BioSil once a day and fish oil three times a day. The BioSil I'll increase to twice a day once I use up the bottle and order a new one. The fish oil is out of desperation for my skin more than anything. The texture of my skin is horrifying. I did some research and people with the problems I'm having said fish oil helped them, so I'm taking it for my skin even though it supposedly raises free testosterone levels (something I need absolutely no help with, but oh well). Interestingly enough, ever since I've been taking fish oil again, my mood has been better. Maybe it's just a coincidence.
I had some sensations in my left breast a few days ago. Nothing in my right breast.
I got my mattress! I'm going to try to set up my bed tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be sleeping all the way through the night soon.

Doing lots of research right now. I thought I'd share this: http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-24272/im-...l-day.html This lady is a gynecologist and wrote a book on how to balance hormones through diet, and this is what she eats in a day. Lots of veggies and fermented things.
Also, I've been looking into natural hyperthyroidism treatments, as I had that scare this past summer. Found this: https://realfoodhealsblog.wordpress.com/...naturally/
Oh, and this girl shares meal ideas for helping lower androgens, as she has PCOS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VMW9m7kCdg Not sure if I've shared this before.
Last year one day, I was with my sister-in-law at a store and an older woman randomly said to us that there were a lot of good-looking guys at the store that day. Then she turned to me and said, "If I had your face and your body, they wouldn't know what hit them." For some reason I keep thinking about that today. I'd forgotten about that. I wish I could see myself the way other people see me.

I hope my thread is helpful for people. Sometimes I feel like I'm just blathering on into thin air, even though it helps me to stay consistent. But it would be nice if other people found it useful, too...
Anyway, as for the overhaul of my routine I mentioned some posts ago, I've decided to save it for the new year. I think some of my Christmas gifts will help me with it, which I'll explain some other time. I need to first do some things to help me be more organized later as well.
My body seems about the same. Someone described me as "really tiny" the other day. I've noticed my thighs are slimmer, which is fantastic. But it might be an indication that I'm smaller overall, as I tend to lose weight pretty evenly.
My skin feels better.

Ground seeds are absorbed better.
Did you see the bone broth recipe? I know that's good for your gut.

Yes, I do find your thread useful blessedbreasts! People do read, they just don't comment...
I haven't gone way back to your earlier posts but how is massage going? I know you're not measuring until a year goes by (so I guess, March 2017) but how do your breasts look/feel?

They look and feel tiny. I just went through something super stressful, and it seems like they shriveled up in response because I noticed the smallness only afterward. I also wasn't eating much, so I doubt that helped.
I'm thinking I need to change my routine altogether, because I'm really not seeing a lot of change. The constant bouts of stress aren't helping, either. Someone as skinny, anxious, and stressed out as me probably needs to take extreme measures since my body's so distressed all the time.
