What is your favourite noogling position?

#1

Hi there fellow nooglers/pumpers,

Do you pump lying down, propped up on a pillow, sitting up straight, sideways (not sure if there are any other positions...upside down?  Big Grin  )? Have you experimented and if yes, in what way(s) do you get the best results?

I've tried lying flat, propped up slightly on a pillow, sideways and sitting up straight. Lying down was the worst for me; I feel I had to really pump a lot to get the breasts to swell. I don't know if it's my imagination but sitting up straight seems to be getting more breast pumped into the domes. It does make sense though, right? When you're lying flat, the breasts get flatter (especially if you're a A cup or so!).

Lying on my left side to pump my right breast and lying on my right side to pump my left breast works for me. I attach the dome sat up then lie down. I couldnt attach the dome while im lying straight- x

Thank you, Fruitcake! I try to pump sideways sometimes but can't do more than 10 mins...I find it uncomfortable!

Can you move around with your domes on? Any little movement I make, they pop right off. I wouldn't be able to attach them sitting up and then lie down, whether sideways or flat....they'd fall off.  Interesting, size of dome might also have to do with it....xx

I know what you mean now-lying down was so much easier with the medium domes. I got my large ones yesterday and i cant pump at all never mind lying down ?

I do both to be honest. During the day, I pump sitting up. I snoogle for a few hours at night, until I can't handle sleeping on my back anymore and take the domes off to lie on my side. So at night, I lie down, pump and hold, then try to go to sleep. But you do have a point that breasts get so much flatter and smaller lying down, so I might make sure I suction sitting up both times.

It's good to mix it up. Which cup size are using and how long have you been pumping for?

Well I first used the Noogleberry 3-4 years ago for an hour a day with no results and gave up. I just recently started again, about a week ago.

I think maybe just an hour a day wasn't enough for me, so going to aim for 3 hours a day this time, or as long as I can handle while I sleep. I believe my cups are either small or medium. I bought them 3 or 4 years ago so not exactly sure which of the two.

Thank you for your reply. May I ask you how long you pumped for when you first tried 3-4 years ago? Was it for several months? Also, are you a A/B cup?

I'm also starting to think an hour isn't enough. I don't know about you but I'm not even getting any temporary swelling.

You are welcome. I pumped for about 8 months, at least an hour a day when I first tried 3-4 years ago. I am a 30B cup, which looks like a 32A cup, but I have a small band size.

I did not get any swelling with the pump and release methods. I find I get the most swelling when I pump and hold, but even then, I only swell up half a cup size. Better than nothing at all I suppose. I read that drinking a lot of water during pumping can help with swelling. Also, Noogleberry has a forum with before/after pics and techniques some of the women and men there have used to see results.

Are you able to pump at night? Brava has been scientifically proven to work, but it is worn for 10 hours a night. I know a lot of people aren't able to do that. I have been trying to use the Noogleberry in a similar way, but so far only worked my way up to 5 hours a night. It takes a lot of getting used to lol.

Oh my...8 months of pumping and no growth at all?? That's really strange.
Ok, at least now you're swelling half a cup size. I do take a look at the NB forum and it seems it works for some more than for others...I've tried both pump and hold and pump and release but haven't really noticed much of a difference. I guess it's all about finding what works best for you.

I can only pump at night -1 hour- but there's no way I could do more than that! It gets uncomfortable. I move around a lot and any little movement I make, the cups fall off.

Looks like you're swelling more because you're pumping for longer. Do your breasts change color while pumping (especially since you pump and hold for so long)?
