Hi, I've been using Noogleberry since Dec 22, 2016. Started at 32B. Measurements (no bra) Underbust 29, bust 32.25.
Today, one month later measuring underbust 29, bust 33.25. Wearing 32C bra now.
I am happy with my results so far!
I'm doing a variation of the 7:2 plan but doing 10:2, usually 3 sets, am and pm, so about 30-40 minutes am and pm. I don't take any supplements. I breastfed for 4 years, 17 years ago. I'm 47 y/o, 5'6" tall, 123lbs.

That is great progress! It's incredible that you gained an inch or more already! I 'm also noogling and would like even a cm or two but the measuring tape doesn't reflect this yet...
Which domes are you using (contoured/M/L)?

I am very pleased! The measurements haven't changed much, however I was very shallow on tops, so the tops have rounded out significantly so that I had to change bra sizes from 32B to 32C. I used to have space in the tops of my 32B.
I use the regular medium Noggleberry cups, with coconut oil, no padding, and mine is the airlock version. I disconnect the pumper and hoses while I'm on the 7-10 minutes hold. I usually do leg exercises while I wait. Best of luck on your journey.
