But I already have a current program with just fennel tea and massaging (+ aguaje for butt growth) if I don't grow any breasts on my program I'll definitely consider trying out yours I really like the simpleness of it. The only con is that I'm not a big fan on dairy and try to avoid it as much as possible. There seems to be a lot of ladies who are going to try out your method I'm really curious to see their progress on this.

Aww thank you love Smile
That is so sweet of you. Yeah I am really up for cheap and simple things lol
I don't know, I don't want to spend too much time and effort for it, and do get big results. Guess that is why I went searching in the scientific papers in the first way, to find the most effective phytoestrogens out there.
Do try avoiding diary, I am curious how much it really helped me grow my breasts in the first place.
I just really really love whole fat milk, and it does have a lot of estrogen in it, so I thought it was a win win for me. But you know, everyone has a different body, just work with the grounded flaxseed and full fat soy, and also BCP if you want, and I am sure you will grow a few cupsizes anyway Smile

Don't do anything you are not comfortable with, it will give you more stress and that isn't good for NBE in the first place haha! Try some almond milk or rice milk or anything you love, water even. You can add some vanilla extract or some coco powder for some great tasty soy shake Smile Good luck!!

Love, Ellen

Well I did drink a lot of chocolate milk once a few days ago and I had a serious breakout, it could have been non-related to the chocolate milk. I'm a big cheesaholic this was the most difficult to leave out but now I eat nutritional yeast. It's very hard to completely quit dairy cause if I will get offered cake on party/birthday or so I will eat (a lot of) it lol. I just don't buy dairy products, or anything containing dairy for myself (dairy free chocolate and such) but it could be all in my head that dairy is causing me acne.

But as for now as I am taking aguaje (which has a lot of phytoestrogens already) I don't think it's a smart idea to try out your program. I assume I will grow enough on my program but if I don't I'll return to here. Tongue

Yeah hounestly, I think massaging it the best program anyway. I wish I started with that. But now I don't want to go back Big Grin
So I am massaging now and cutting back on the flaxseed and soy. So far it is working and staying the same Smile
Meaning, the massaging is working. Eventually I think I want to take 40 grams of flaxseed a day, and drink 400 ml of whole fat milk a day, and taking the BCP, and of course doing massages everyday
I could totally do that for the rest of my life Smile

Oh oops! Forgot!
You asked me that in the PM.
Yes of course!
I am 69 cm underbust
And 95 cm bust Smile

I believe I was 84 cm bust, if I remember correctly, when I started, and 73 cm underbust. And that was in the beginning of last september (2016).
Basically your size!!

Hope that motivates Smile

I noticed people are having trouble finding the full fat soy flour, or buying very expensive ones.

Maybe you can add the word: 'toasted' to your search program. Since it is also toasted.

I bought mine for 32 euro's ($34.11) and that is for 25 kilo's (55 lb).

Try finding a person who makes flour theirselves and ask if they sell it, or try finding a Wholesale business, I believe it is called?

Good luck!

So because this method heavily relies on having the right gut bacteria, I'm thinking that if you don't see any results whatsoever within a full month (and after following the regimen stringently) then that may be a sign that you don't have the right bacteria to convert and maybe you should consider making a few changes to your diet and cleaning it up some.

I haven't been on this method long, but I wanted to throw out a few suggestions because I've studied diet and nutrition and I'm a big health nut (and I really want everyone to succeed if this can really work!! :Smile

I would suggest try introducing more fermented foods to your diet like: fermented sauerkraut and veggies, natto, kombucha, kefir, miso, and yogurt. Make sure it is labeled live and active cultures and it should be found in the refrigerated aisle (if it's not refrigerated it probably doesn't have active cultures). If you don't want to do that, try taking a high quality probiotic and enzyme pill to take daily. This will increase healthy gut bacteria. You can also try buying a raw green powder or even a meal replacement shake (with probiotic and enzymes section in the ingredients label) to drink to take daily.

If you eat really unhealthy (junk food, process meals, lots of fast food) then those are the things that decrease healthy gut bacteria and increase bad bacteria in your system. Try minimizing that greatly (moderation is key), and also try to have one vegetarian meal a day (so either a vegetarian breakfast, lunch, or dinner).

I started this method on the 26th of January, but I'm also noogling since the 18th of January. So far I've grown almost an inch, but it isn't holding so it's mostly swelling, but I'm excited and I think I'm going in the right direction.

Really hope this helps for the people concerned with their diet, and I don't mean to hijack your thread Ellen but I do wonder if you think this might increase the success for your method! Please let me know if you agree or not! :Smile <3

No not at all Christri! <3

By all means please do share!
This method is very strong dependent on bacteria, just like you said. I wish I had more details about what works and what doesn't.
I can only tell what is says in the studies (asians and vegetarians), and what I eat personally.
I was hoping for someone to respond like this Smile
Also someone who had succes with this, could possibly share what she eats?

But this is perfect! Basically if the method doesn't work, you need to change up the bacteria in your digestive system, since you don't have the right one for nbe. Things like this would be very helpful for those struggling, so thank you very much! Smile

The only thing I am not a big fan of is probiotics. I work in a laboratory next to the Danone building, and I see how much of the 'scientific evidence' papers are coming from them, sometimes not even disclosing that they work for Danone. Danone is one of the biggest probiotics deliverers in my country.

I do am a strong believer in placebo effect. I do not think placebo should be thought of in a negative way, even people who know they are getting placebo have great results from getting placebo. The psychology of the human mind is really something beautiful, and we should appreciate it for what it gives us and work with it Smile

I am curious about how this method will work out for you!
I hope you as a health advocate, eating really healthy, you must be getting results pretty soon! Let me know how it goes!

Oh that makes sense, Ellen. I live in the USA and I'm not familiar with Danone so I'm not sure what that is, but I can definitely understand the biases that would erupt from that and also how people should also be well informed of it so that they can look at it with a skeptical eye. I know for me personally the inclusion of probiotic rich foods has healed my "leaky gut" and IBS symptoms, as well as improved my overall health and skin (acne), but that is merely my own anecdotal evidence, and currently the scientific studies on probiotics are lacking in strong evidence so of course take that with a grain of salt and do what is best for your health. (https://nccih.nih.gov/health/probiotics/...uction.htm)

More about my diet: I'm vegan, and I try to eat mostly a whole foods plant based diet but I do include vegan meat alternatives and dairy alternatives. Everyday I try to replace one meal a day with a nutrient rich meal replacement shake but some days that doesn't happen. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but I also eat grains and legumes and pasta. As a vegan, my diet has a lot of variety to it but I'm big on portion control and moderation because I'm trying to lose weight. I'm big on fermenting and sprouting my own veggies to eat and that's how I get my probiotics for the most part. I still eat vegan junkfood from time to time, but as i've said before I think moderation is key or at least that's how I rationalize it in my head. Smile  If anyone is interested in anything more or want more specifics then please feel free to ask me.

XOXO <3
