MissMadScientist’s Flaxseed & Soy method: How I went from 32B to 32F in 3 months

#71

Oh, and I'm using full fat organic soy flour but it is not toasted. Do you think that matters or not, Ellen? I don't assume it would, but if toasted is what worked for you then I may considering switching.

Oh oops! Forgot!
You asked me that in the PM.
Yes of course!
I am 69 cm underbust
And 95 cm bust Smile

I believe I was 84 cm bust, if I remember correctly, when I started, and 73 cm underbust. And that was in the beginning of last september (2016).
Basically your size!!

Hope that motivates Smile

thaaank you it really is you are amazing but i want to ask you about the flaxseed should it be one glass of water and is the water should be hot or cold?

Do whatever you like! you can also drink it with any other liquid, doesn't matter how much water you add, as long as you drink it very fast after you have added the liquid.

I live in the USA and I'm not familiar with Danone so I'm not sure what that is, but I can definitely understand the biases that would erupt from that and also how people should also be well informed of it so that they can look at it with a skeptical eye. I know for me personally the inclusion of probiotic rich foods has healed my "leaky gut" and IBS symptoms, as well as improved my overall health and skin (acne), but that is merely my own anecdotal evidence, and currently the scientific studies on probiotics are lacking in strong evidence so of course take that with a grain of salt and do what is best for your health. (https://nccih.nih.gov/health/probiotics/...uction.htm)

More about my diet: I'm vegan, and I try to eat mostly a whole foods plant based diet but I do include vegan meat alternatives and dairy alternatives. Everyday I try to replace one meal a day with a nutrient rich meal replacement shake but some days that doesn't happen. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but I also eat grains and legumes and pasta. As a vegan, my diet has a lot of variety to it but I'm big on portion control and moderation because I'm trying to lose weight. I'm big on fermenting and sprouting my own veggies to eat and that's how I get my probiotics for the most part. I still eat vegan junkfood from time to time, but as i've said before I think moderation is key or at least that's how I rationalize it in my head. Smile  If anyone is interested in anything more or want more specifics then please feel free to ask me.

Hi Christri!

Nice! I am glad that it healed some of your diseases Smile
You know, sometimes there is a hidden key in the anecdotal evidence though!
Just like doctors don't believe in NBE lol
There is a mechanism, but it hasn't been found yet, I believe as a scientist myself one should always keep an open mind and eye for things yet to be discovered! Smile

btw, that you ferment and sprout your own food is pretty awesome! I wish I had the time and patience to do that!

Danone is like the biggest company in my country that delivers probiotics, or even the whole of Europe if I am correct. It has many sub brands, but Danone is the mother of all those other brands.

Yeah mine is toasted. But I think they are all toasted anyway, or else it wouldn't be in powder form?
Some just don't have it on the label I think.
You could ask or call the company about it.

p.s. I still think your growth is amazing!! From AA to C, damn girl! I loved reading your thread too

I just checked again and my soy flour says that it was cold grinded and kept in raw form so that means there was no heating during processing. I also read online that toasted soy flour tends to taste better which explains why my bag taste has that potently strong and overwhelming awful bean taste. I think next time I'll try to find the toasted and see how much it improves the flavor.

And thank you thank you! Looking back, I definitely am amazed at my growth and sometimes I forget because it happened so slowly over the course of a couple of years so its not nearly as rapid as your results! Thanks also for the support on my thread! I love how knowledgeable you are and how you take a scientific approach to your methodology. Your thread is so inspiring, it made me want to post on here just to document my progress! <3

Hey Ellen! I just calculated your bra size and it says that you are measuring at a 26 Hcup currently, and that your before measurements were 28 DD. I'm curious, how exactly are you determining your breast size? I know everyone kind of does it a little differently and I measure at different sizes when I use different calculators online too, so I just do it mentally (each 1 inch difference between bust and frame is one cup size).

I used this calculator to measure cm: http://www.sophisticatedpair.com/bra-size-calculator/

Hi Christri!

I had it measured in a really good store the first time.
Plus I measure everyday, it is probably the difference in UK/US size.

I am:
In France and Spain: 85F
In UK: 32F
In rest of Europe: 70E

Hope that helps Smile

I use the UK size on here

Love, Ellen
