awesome!   also, do you think that massaging more than 30 minutes a day is still ok? i spend a few hours a day at the computer just watching various stuff, so i could massage while doing that.

However, the pictures you uploaded at the beginning of your journey are not available anymore.   Could you upload your first pic and the recent one in order to let us see the progress?
