The swelling has gone down. What does this mean? I am a bit disappointed.

Ok this is how it works noogling :

Negative pressure = tissue growth

In normal words, swelling is important to achieve boob growth but it takes time to get a good swelling and secondly, the swelling goes away because it is just that , swelling. Naturally swelling fades after some hours but day by day, little by little in 10 weeks or so your swelling will start to be more persistent , so hang in there and don't be disappointed!!! =)

Much love,

xx

Hi Athena, I don't mean to sound rude, but have you tried researching any of this out in the forum? If not, I would highly suggest you to utilize that search button, because most of the questions you ask can be easily found just by doing a simple search. Also, you should really invest some time to read threads of people who have had success with Noogleberry(NB) on here. Sweet orange posted an amazing and very informative thread that discloses a lot of great information for anyone new to NB. She also has a blog that is fantastic as well. I highly encourage you to check them out.

Here is her thread on noogling: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=27644
Here is her blog: https://beautynatureandlove.wordpress.com

I really must insist again, if you want to be successful with your NBE journey, you're going to have to take some time to just browse the forum and read other people's threads. You'll learn a lot, from tips and tricks to the best methods of using your noogleberry, and also you will learn what to expect as you go. It'll save you a lot of time and energy to just read and browse the forum, and it will also help you to understand the process which will save you some disappointment from setting your expectations too high and unrealistic.

Hope you don't take this comment the wrong way and that you find it useful in some way.

I think everyone else here already said it, but swelling is not permanent. The swelling you see is not breast growth.

Tissue expansion takes several months, if not years to work. What many people here do is take progress pictures, which you should do serveral hours after pumping, since the swelling you get from the Noogelberry is not breast tissue growth.

I suggest taking progress pics every three months or so. Good luck!

This is a good idea. I take my pics every month though-i can't wait ! Lol! And use the same bra and same pose and same camera distance so you get an accurate comparison. Sometimes my measurement is the same, but I'm filling a bra better, so measuring tape isn't always the best guide, cuz it won't relect fullness.
It really works-see my pics. I wish I'd found this years ago!
Happy noogling!
