New to NBE, is this program working?

#1

Hello, so I am in my early 20s and new to NBE. Wink
I just started working out regularly since May and lost about 1-1.5 inches on my over bust. I always had a small waist and muscular thighs/calves due to genetics so I guess maybe that's why I lost fat in my boobs (wish it took fat from my arms instead  Dodgy ). I plan on continuing to work out and was wondering if I could get insight from you guys to see if this program is really working for me (as well as any advice or experiences you'd like to share!).

Current routine per day (I've been doing this exact routine for about 3-4 weeks now--also massages are done with coconut oil):
*3x610mg of fenugreek
*1L of spearmint tea (it is pure spearmint, I got it from a community natural foods store in bulk)
*100 rotations of deer massage
*100 rotations of chi massage
*About a minute of fat brushing by Chiyomilk (I do 2 of her exercises, the one where you pull the fat from your arms to your neck and brushing upwards from your side boob up, if that makes any sense lol)

I am on birth control so I didn't want to load up on herbs or even Pueraria Mirifica that may have interactions with my BCP.
And I spend 1 day per week working out my chest, triceps and back.

Since doing this routine, I feel like my boobs are rounder but they are getting flatter. I'm not exactly sure if they are getting smaller (I've been measuring daily and it consistently ranges from 35.5-36 inches since I first started).

Current: 35.5-36" over bust, 30" under bust.
Goal: 37" over bust, 30" under bust (I'd be grateful if I could grow more though lol. It would be a dream to be an F or H, but for now, I want to at least regain what I lost).

Sorry this post is quite long. Tongue But thank you very much for your help! <3

Looks like you have an excellent plan. In the future you might want to add pumping with NB or BB.  Wink

Thank you!  Tongue

Oh! I've read about the Noogleberry! I've read a lot of positive reviews/results from it. How long do you think I should wait while doing this program before I try noogling?
Also, what is "BB"?  Smile

You could probably start with size medium. BB is more expensive because you can buy it with an electric pump, but many consider this much better than NB. No need to wait, you could order your system now.

I consider massage with coconut oil to be the single most important thing you can do for breast enhancement and pumping the second.
Fenugreek is best applied topically on your breasts mixed in with your coconut oil. Is your fenugreek in oil form? Taking fenugreek internally will add fat all over your body, not just your breasts, by using topically it will concentrate its effect on your breasts.

Thank you very much! This is good information. Big Grin

I was wondering, is there a difference or benefit over the other between the Noogleberry airlock and the Noogleberry contoured airlock?

Oh really? Massages are more effective than pumping?
I'm taking "Nature's Way Fenugreek seed" in pill form. Oh I see! I'll have to look for an oil form to use it topically then. Which do you think is more effective for breast massages? Coconut oil or fenugreek?

I was wondering, is there a difference or benefit over the other between the Noogleberry airlock and the Noogleberry contoured airlock?

Airlock allows you to remove the pump, which can be convenient, but I think it encourages you to leave the cups on for longer periods of time. Do not leave them on for more than 15 minutes, then remove, massage for a few minutes, then carry on with pumping. Also during the 15 minute period many people find that the breast slowly expands, so they give an extra squeeze on the pump about every 5 minutes. All this makes me believe that the airlock is not much of an advantage.
Contoured vs non-contoured is a matter of comfort and there is no general consensus on which is better. I have read both sides where a person has started with one then switched to the other and declared it was much more comfortable. The contoured do allow the cups
to be placed slightly closer together for better cleavage.

I have never heard of someone using fenugreek oil exclusively, only added to an oil like coconut oil. I think it needs to be diluted. I have also read that some who purchased fenugreek as a powder, added it to their oil. You describe your fenugreek as pills, are they capsules that can be opened?

I see, I'll try looking for fenugreek oil then! I'm close to the end of the bottle anyway so I could switch to the oil soon. I think these capsules can be opened, but I've never tried.
