Ainterol PM

#1

Why is it so potent??? I used one 500 mg pill for about 10 days and immediately felt breast tingling/fullness but after the fifth day bad nausea, irritability, and headaches!! I’m waiting for my period to start to go again at a lower dose. Going to try half a capsule once per day because never in my wildest dreams did I think I would feel so ill. I’m actually taking it with whole milk this time as opposed to a calcium supplement, so I’m assuming that the absorption is much better because before I took it for like three months straight and all I had to show for it was a missed period. How do you guys get around the dosage? Can i open capsules and dump some in my milk? I’m actually angry that on the bottle they say 1 in the morning and 1 one at night. Too strong!

Ainterol really isn't that strong and their recommended dose isn't that high. The problem is more to do with pueraria mirifica in general and the fact that it isn't a good choice for everyone. Some people just don't react to it very well.

I agree, it's not the Ainterol product that's potent, it's the pueraria mirifica itself. It's effects are harsh on some women.
