Flaxseed oil and..?

#1

Hello all. So I've heard that massaging with flaxseed oil can really help for growth. But does the flaxseed oil need to be within the expiration date? I got a large container of the stuff but it has a relatively short shelf life? Will it still work if it's expired? Also I heard there is another kind of oil out there that is really good for massages and growth? Does anyone know it?

These oils oxidise . I'd check the expired flax. I'm certain I read they can oxidise on contact with air (I'd like to be proven otherwise cause I want to use them). I'd read it more than once in the past so would add a little vit E cap to the oil before massaging. Coconut is think would be an exception to this.
There's almond oil and macadamia. There's another good one too but the name escapes me right now.... I'm about to try almond
fwiw there's a thousand websites claiming any oil under the sun so it might be hit and miss.

Flaxseed oil will go rancid and if it does then throw it out. Keep it refrigerated as soon as it is opened to make it last longer.

I use borage oil. Buy It In supps and break one open.

I've tried a few different ones; flax, coconut, olive oil didn't really experience any growth on these while using herbs or PM. Having growth now but using BO., supps, protein and massaging with borage but can't pinpoint which element is causing growth probably combination is right for me.

I've also noticed if you massage straight after warm/hot shower oil absorbs better into skin.

I am not sure if it would be bad to use on your hair after it has expired, but I will never use rancid oils on any part of my body. It's a personal preference.

Well something else to keep in mind is that I am also using Progesterone cream and rubbing that into my chest as well. So dunno which oil will go ok with that. What is the best oil to use to promote growth anyway? Anyone else have any results?
