I am new here and new to noogling.
I have ordered the Noogleberry set for myself. I have a couple of questions.
#Does working out etc lead to no increase or a decrease in breast size when noogling. I am thinking of buying a bicycle and riding it to uni and back. When I get my noogleberry, I am thinking of noogling before leaving (so getting up at 4am) and noogling when I get home. I can even snoogle, if that helps. I am also thinking of drinking fennel tea twice a day, massaging(with fenugreek oil/lotion) and using a heat pad before my noogling session. I can also use the binural beats and subliminals.
How will the cycling influence my noogleberry results? I am okay with slow growth and doing more things in terms of NBE. I would really like to exercise and stay healthy as well. What things can I do to combat the "negative" effects of cycling on noogling.

I am not wanting to be a "skinny minnie". So I am going to be eating properly. A balanced diet with a bit of fat, carb, protein etc and yummy cheat meals every now and then. So I will be eating normally. Will this help? As my focus is not to be super skinny. I just want more physical activity.
