Overpumping or just plain sensitive?

#1

Hey, I've been pumping inconsistently for about 2 months, but 5 days per week for the last 3 weeks. I generally use the pump and hold method once a day for around 45 mins to an hour, give or take losing suction or repositioning during the session. My biggest issue is, although I'm not experiencing any pain or purple boobs, I'm left with a small scattering of red dots after each session, no matter how gently I've pumped. And I literally pump just enough to hold the cups on without farting off. I have cut up an old bra to help hold everything in place, lube up every time with coconut oil for pre pump massage and Coco butter for good measure to help with suction. My question is do you think I still may be overpumping, or just sensitive? I'm very fair and the dots don't seem to last more than a day, two at the most.
I'm using the Noogleberry system, medium cups and am currently a 30B. Any advice would be appreciated!

Do the red bumps stay for long after your session?
Maybe try olive oil, or Aloe Vera Gell.
It might be just an allergic reaction.

Hi Bobbi,
Thanks for your reply, and you're right, her results are unreal. They make me want pump more! The red dots develop over the course of an hour (pin prick sized and not a huge amount) and are normally gone by the time I pump again, which is about 24ish hours later.
I'll try a different oil, it hadn't occured to me it could be allergy related. I was more concerned I was overpumping and was trying to find ways to combat that.

Hi Birdie Smile

I am kinda new to noogling as well but I haven't experienced anything like that. My breasts were very sore while pumping initially but that soon stopped. I have noticed that I am very comfortable with pumping even on high pressures for two hours.
Do your breast look something like this? https://www.google.co.nz/search?q=noogleberry+red+dots&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiJn8Kllq7ZAhVIT7wKHf9TCt4Q_AUICigB&biw=1280&bih=694#imgrc=rJEuJ_FLfG0OkM

Do you think that this technique is not working for you? You could try pump and release. Another idea would be to split the session in shorter sessions throughout the day.  So only pump for 15 to 30 mins at one time. Also, I have noticed that a heating pad has helped me with a lot of problems when it comes to noogling. Give it a try. I know I mentioned that I can tolerate more of the noogleberry pumping but I never ever try to push myself. If I feel any pain or discomfort to the breasts then I immediately release the pressure. I don't think you are over-pumping at all. I guess, in the beginning it's just about finding out where your comfort levels lie.

Edit: Also just a thought, are the dots where you put tape(if you tape the nipples down) on? I have noticed that my skin gets kinda irritated where I put the tape on. But I know I have sensitive skin, so I just up with it.

Hope my answer helped  Smile

Hi Dark Swan,
Thanks for your tips, I appreciate it heaps.
The photo isn't quite what my boobs are like after a pump, I will take a pic and add one next time I pump and get the marks. They are sort of like the little dots that make up a hickey, just not clustered together, only single pin pricks and they don't normally last more than 24 hours. My general skin colour looks normal though.
I haven't seen massive results as yet, but I put that down to the lack of time I've been pumping rather than the system itself not working for me. I get minor swelling after pumping that lasts about an hour, so that's always encouraging ?. I'll have to take some photos to help track my progress, the challenge will be hiding them from my kids that love swiping through my photos!
I haven't been using any tape yet, but have been considering starting to.
Thanks again for your help.

Do you massage with oil, do you lubricate your chest before pumping? Massaging 2 or more times a day with just a little oil (common choices are coconut or almond oil) that can be completely absorbed within the 5 minute massage period. For pumping use much more oil to cover all of your chest out past the edge of the cups.
