had a read of the the posts but still confused. I know I am gonna sound stupid but how do you flex. Never done this before, if it will give me permanent big boobies faster then I am up for it.

From what I gather, it's pretty much just tensing/flexing the muscles in your chest. If you push your palms together, you can feel the muscles from near your armpits and across your chest contracting. I think that's what the original poster meant. I tried it today for a few minutes here and there during a pump and hold session and if nothing else, I think it may have helped with circulation because my boobs didn't feel cool when I released

I just put the palms of my hands together and push. I can't isolate the right muscles without doing that. Only problem I've found so far is keeping suction while I do it. I have to wait for a bit of swelling before I can push and keep the domes on
