Are our results just limited to our genes?

#1

While I have seen many good results from women using PM, BO, etc, a lot of them seem to already have the “breast gene” to begin with; their mother, sister or grandmother having larger breasts. A lot of those who successfully achieved their goals either:

1. had breasts they were fine with but lost volume later in life due to age, weight change, and/or pregnancy
2. were small chested but siblings or mom have bigger breasts (breast genes run in family, but did not manifest until NBE)
3. had health complications or hormone imbalances which hindered their potential growth during puberty (breast genes did not manifest properly), but later treated.

I am aware that a lot of genetic males have achieved larger breasts but I have yet to come across a case where they go from a completely flat chest to say a feminine round 34D without having to undergo any type of surgical procedure. I may have seen a few somewhere but that was it. There also was never any physical proof that I can recall. If you guys know of any, please share.

Breasts are mainly composed of fat tissues. Fat deposition aka where you store you fat is purely genetic and cannot be manipulated in theory. That is why even though we gain overall fat through weight gain, some women gain majority of it in their breasts (or other parts of their body), because it is just in their DNA to do so. You can lift and firm your breasts or even get them to appear bigger through chest muscles hypertrophy, but it ONLY affects the muscles underneath, never the fat. Male bodybuilders have big pecs, not boobs lol. I am pretty sure all of you want real fat tissues, not water retention or temporary swelling.

My concerns come down for those who were just born with a small chest. No stunted growth during puberty, no health or hormone complications. Are they just limited to their gene predisposition? Would it even be remotely possible by nature to go from small to a 2-3 cup size increase permanently if it just doesn’t run in their family? I emphasize on permanence because swelling is something that happens to everyone on their NBE journey, and it seems to only be retained through regular maintenance... now that doesn’t sound permanent does it, if you still need to take supplements to keep your size? Sure you can do that forever, but you’ll put your health on the line. Of a thousand cases only a few seem to get to keep their swelling and growth permanently after years of NBE without any sort of maintenance. And by years I mean YEARS! Even a decade! But I personally believe many successors had the genes to begin with, and NBE forced them to present, so they have a valid reason to stay. I am not claiming that NBE is all bogus either, nor to discourage anyone. It has helped me tremendously and I love my results, but I am genuinely curious about this and would love to hear anyone’s thoughts and opinions.

Hi Neta,
Your questions and statements are good and valid.
The common response here is 'Your mileage may vary'.
So everything that you pondered is correct.
If you have the boob gene, then growth will be easier. if you have extra fat then you can work with that too. And most important is your hormones, too much T or E will cause some issues.
Generally a 2 cup growth is the max but their are exceptions to every rule, but to grow over 2 cups requires a lot of all the good stuff happening and constant attention to the process.
And as far as permanent growth grows. Its permanent but your growth needs maintenance. Like everything in your body, if you ignore it, it will not work well when you need it.

Thank you for your comment Bobbi. Smile I agree, it is a long journey that requires lots of effort and commitment.

I dont see too many real growth stories around herbs here and the ones who claimed great growth disapered off the forums.. ive seen a few come back to warn or query breast lumps developed when using the stronger herbs.
huge boobs run in my family and yet i struggle to maintain fullness, but im also a few dress sizes smaller too an have a high metabolism.
And yes maybe many of us lucked out during puberty due to lack of supporting nutrients, our diet may have hindered things. Myself for example was a sugar addict during puberty. But how do we as girls know when we are going through the many years of puberty that we are unbalanced unless major symptons. We all accept puberty as growing and dont know to even question it! When our boobs remain small our parents arent going to rush us to a hormone specialist.
I feel you, ive asked the same questions too.
What i can say is ive seen some pretty amazing noogleberry stories, and massage stories that have helped quite significantly. One can only imagine that the process of tissue expansion is permanent after time.
And if you can mimick puberty hormones by manipulating with herbs im sure it can be done. Some of the senior members have put together some pretty good guides to try.
Im not a huge fan of herbs anymore but that's  because i trialled and error'd at my own risk and stuffed things up.

My observations are soo many young/younger girls are developing bigger breasts than when i was growing up but its due to all the hormones in food and artificial estrogens floating around. Im thinking maybe during puberty girls are more suspectable and maybe the EXTRA dose of estrogens in the enviroment is whats making this happen...

Personally i dont think genes have a huge bunch to do with whether you will succeed at NBE or not. I know siblings who look completely different to one another and completely different figures. Much like in my family. I look exactly like my female rellies but by body is soooooo different to them!

Another way to look at it IS what is considered NORMAL? If you are tall and slim naturally whats the "average" cup size she should be verses someone who is noticeably bigger? Ie should size 10 be a C cup and size 14 a D?
NO offence meant by bringing this up. I see many girls my height and awefully slim too and they are same size as me but then theres those lucky ones who are tall and slim with double D's! - i dont get it at all and the more i write and think about it i really think its all to do with what was going on at puberty for each individual..... Ie i just ate wayyyyy too much sugar and probably depleted my body of nutrients at the time to support healthy hormone levels . Maybe others were exposed to estrogen promoting stuff during puberty and that pushed them up some! So confusing. If only there were one simple answer that applied to all of us.

Although I was generally healthy all throughout puberty, I feel I could've taken advantage of it a whole lot more. I wasn't into sports until college (I'm 20 now), the HGH is still kicking but if I'd gotten into it earlier I'm sure I would've hit my maximum overall growth. Still, I wasn't as active then as I am now, so I reckon I lacked some things here and there. Small breasts pretty much run in my family on both sides so I'm lucky enough to have what I have, but I just feel they don't really fit my slim build since I'm quite tall. I just want a liiiitle bit more! BDD is a real pain in the ass.

I myself have also seen various posts on here from women claiming they grew multiple cups in as little as 3 months off herbs, then completely vanish from the forums. Then there's those who proactively updated and made significant progress but have not yet reached their goals, who also disappeared. Doesn't make sense to me that someone could be so consistent with posting then all of a sudden stop. Maybe life got in the way, maybe they gave up, maybe they kept up with their routine in real life and just abandoned the forums, but did eventually reach their goals. Who knows. I hate to think that if we're well past our puberty years then there's no more growing because of the success stories we see on here and NB forums.

Hormones can be used to grow breasts in males, so there's no reason they shouldn't work on females... Right? But it can be an extremely lethal and dangerous game to play by yourself if you have no guidance from an endocrinologist. During puberty, the growth in our breasts/mammary glands is due to estrogen and progesterone influence. So it makes sense that the artificial estrogen and BPA floating around may have contributed to their "growth", but they are also at high risks of infertility, hormone problems, as well as breast cancer. Even though estrogen does cause breasts to grow to an extent, it also grows breast cancer cells. Not only does it affect your breasts, but also your thyroid and ovaries. That's why I am not very keen on the whole "maintenance method". Making yourself estrogen dominant may result in larger breasts, but once you stop your supplement usage I feel your body will try to regulate and cleanse itself of all the estrogen, resulting in loss of size. Unless well, you've completely damaged your system and you're left with that. A lot of women on birth control get bigger, but revert back to normal after discontinuing the pill. But why are so many women diving into all these estrogenic herbs and supplements with great success and no side effects? Have the symptoms just not surfaced yet? I'm concerned they'll catch up to us later in life. It is all confusing indeed.

Everything you’ve said in that last parAgraph is bang on.
I float around the old bn forums too and seen a lot of long term use of herbs resulted badly.
I think if you alter your body by manipulating hormones you do it in short stints with much longer breaks. Don’t let your body forget how it does things on its own .
It’s trial and error. I’ve seen great BO and herb stories and I’ve seen equally bad... you know I like to go onto the old BN boards , you can access it from the bottom of this page and I see a lot more success with much lower risk herbs and other methods too.
There’s a girl I follow who did long term herbs, great success then got a gastrointestinal disorder and lost it all (happened to me too) - that in itself is a hint. Keep the gut happy. Anyway she came back to try again and had great growth from sea Buckthorn! So I hang over to see stories like that , simple things, the missing link if you will.
Also FYI too much Estrogen can make you shrink so I think double whammy NOT to go down the estrogen route  Blush

I've only just started on applying PM cream recently but I want to start taken them internally soon... No way to know the effect on me unless I try so might as well give it a shot. I haven't had success with other supplements like BO so PM is pretty much my last resort. So far I've seen big improvement from just the cream itself and I feel needling pains in my breasts, hopefully a sign of growth. I'm also taking other vitamins and minerals. It seems you've been on here for a long time and made a lot of progress! What has worked for you? And I wanna look into sea buckthorn, did she use the topical oil or capsules?

I would like to say that as a male, I started with less than nothing and after a year of working with them, my girls are a 38C. My goal is to be 38DD or slightly bigger. My nipples tingle and are erect, breasts are heavy and jiggle. I love them and pamper them. When I sleep I hold one as the other one drapes over my arm. I firmly believe that you can increase 2-3 cup sizes if I can.

Best wishes for your girls

Did you achieve that through hormone treatment or noogling? Well done!
