after the first month of pills my periods were ten days late and i have the most heaviest period ever lasting 9 days......now after my second month dose i have started my periods 8 days early! wot is going on? i havent even ordered my pills for month three, i thought i still had time but now i dont know what to do. im i going to have to miss my third month of pills as i have started early now. im not sure whether its spotting of period ..i presume it is my period that has started. im so confused now. i really didnt want to miss a months dose. even if i purchase now it will take like 3 -4 days to receive. i had regular period before taking st herb..now i just start whenever!
any advise on what to do???

Ok I don't know which pills you are taking....but first I have to say, I am not a doctor and can't give medical advice (need to protect myself legally!). But it does sound like the PM is messing with your periods and this can and does happen..PM, unlike the less potent herbs like hops, fennel, soy etc., is a very potent and biologically active hormone.
It can cause "wetter" periods and irregularities to occur...sometimes these changes do not happen but my experience with customers is that they do happen to a certain percent. There are two things I can recommend. Lower the dose. I have to assume you are taking the st herb pills. These are more likely to cause irregularities in my experience with customers at least. Sometimes the changes gradually get back to normal or even out. The most trouble some is increase flow I think. Most women will not like this. The irregularity should even out with careful timing of the 15 day courses. The heavy flow "might" get better with reduced dose...so you would take only 1 capsule daily for 15 days.
I have to wonder if you started on the right day...there seems to be some confustion over what day is actually the first day of one's period..it is the first day of actual bleeding. That is the day you need to start with 15 day course of pills. Then you stop. Wait 15 more days and re-start IRREGARDLESS of the timing of your next period....The idea is to set up using these pills on a regular basis and over a few months time your period should occur during the 15days OFF.
If you find all this too complicated and annoying...many women do, I suggest you try the Mirifem Full Potential caplets...These don't need to be cycled and I do find that some women can tolerate them when they could not tolerate the st herb type pills.

yes i am taking the st herb and what i thought was my period i think its spotting because it only lasted two days. my date is the 28th of this month so i was 8 days early....
so what you are suggesting is that even if i dont start after the 15th day of having left them i should start taking them again even if i havent started my periods?? i thought it was first day of starting periods/
ok so now you have confused me!

hi i had this problem too. my period would come so late that i was taking the pills a good ten days before my next period came so to me it seemed i was taking pills in last 2 week of cycle and i followed the 15 days on and off i ended up with 40 day cycle and it didnt even out after 6 months it was like i needed a good 3 weeks after last day of taking pills befor my period came and i was not at all impressed with st herb customer care i wrote several times for advise about when would be best to take them but got no reply

Let me explain...I get dozens of emails from customers everyday. I can not possibly answer all but I do my best...The information I post is sincerly meant to help. I post to keep from having to retype answers to common questions. IF it seems that I "pop in" once in a while it is that I have 2 businesses to run and am doing it "from bed" half the time as I have Lupus, TLE (temporal lobe epilepsy) and Osteoarthritis of the spine that necessitates that I work from home at a pace slower than some. I am partially homebound and bedridden.
I am NOT trying for votes of sympathy...on the contrary.I am doing MUCH better now that I have the business than I was as a complete invalid.I thank god everyday for being able to do the business...
So, if I am slow to answer an email or if, heaven forbid, I do not answer at all, you are just going to have to try and understand. I hope that explaining this will ammend any hurt feeling or disappointment any of you might have with my "customer service".

Lost Sheep...if your periods didn't regulate on st herb...switch brands. I stand by these products..I also tell anyone that buys them that sometimes one is better than another for them...and sometimes they do not work. I also take returns if someone has lots of trouble with a product they have bought.

Hello. I read what was posted above and i got really annoyed.Personally i belive That Deborah is very fast in replying to questions!!!That is from my personal experience.We also talked about what i was taking(BO)and she never offered me PM or any of the pills that she sells.In contrary she wished my best of luck with what i was taking and with the soaps that i purchased from her store.
I mailed another seller a question about another product i bought on ebay(not relaterd to NBE) and it took her over 5 days to reply!!!I think that is slow..Deborah replies mostly at the same day or the next..SO I personally would like to give her a second feedback here..She is a great seller and her service is excellent..Thanks Deborah

Thank you Sandy! I have actually been really upset over all this silly stuff...I can't beleive how sensitive I am about it all. I know I do the best I can, and I can't please everyone all the time. Thank you so much for the vote of confidence. Thanks for informing me about the BO too...I get a little squeemish about animal based stuff but that is just a personal thing. Deb always replied quickly to me. When she couldn't reply straight away, she let me know that I would get an answer soon. She always kept her word, which is rather rare with many online vendors. She was a good advisor, never pushy about any of the products. When there was an issue with my order (St. Herb's fault, not hers) she resolved it swiftly.

Hey Guys I pop over here every once in a while to see how things are growing, because I am still considering other options, but I just wanted to give you an FYI and then I won't say anything else. Our "sheep" whether they be lost, white, black, alien can be numerous people. Its not just tagged to one person - as we have seen through many posts - so there could be a possibility that this particular Lost Sheep, isn't the other Lost Sheep that expressed concern over to much advertising.
Also Deb, I didn't take Lost Sheeps post in this thread to imply you directly. It was just someone merely stating their experience or opinion. I have noticed lately that everyone seems to be jumping on everybody when opinions are given that are contrary to what we think, and feeling the need to defend themselves, when all you really need to do is ignore the posts, or express some concern or sympathy towards there experience.
Don't blast me, but if you really do have great response time, why even bother posting messages to defend yourself? Why not let your reputation speak to itself?
It seems to me that this post started of like any other, and then has turned into something childish - with everyone defending everyone for no real reason. Lost Sheep didn't say that you specifically weren't responding right? And you aren't the only one that sells St. Herb, or the only customer service rep right?
I say all that to get back to my point: All the sheep can be lots of different people, not just one particular person. Maybe keep that in mind before making accusations against others.
This forum is so everyone can give there opinions and experiences, to help others out. If someone had a bad experience, then it does need to be noted, and that person not criticized or condemned because we take a personal offense to it.

I'm not the Lost Sheep who wrote about poor customer service. I wrote that I feel you are pushing your products and Ebay store a bit much. When you do not log in on this forum it automatically names you a "Sheep".
The other "Lost Sheep" you are referring to did not comment about your customer service. If you read the post she said she contacted ST. HERB's customer service. She said St. Herb did not respond to her e-mails.
In closing, yes I do feel you promote and push you products too much. I'm sure many of the members here know of Fawn. She also has a website and sells PM products. You do not see her spamming and promoting her site. She always frequents the forums to provide great advice. She also will tell you the good and bad of any product. Not just PM or any other that she sells on her site. I feel your advice is only intended to direct women to your Ebay store.
You've been given tons of business from women through this site. I think enough is enough. If you are going to push and promote your store, at least do it in a more professional manner.
