A FOREWORD: This NBE program is geared towards young women (around my age) who believe they are ESTROGEN dominant, and may possibly be also naturally underweight and want to achieve a less scrawny, atheltic body to support their future larger breasts. I'm trying to incorporate a lot of things into my program, so maybe some of them can help you too!
All righty then. This program will NOT be using A LOT of herbs. And this program will NEVER, on all accounts, use any manufactured breast-growth creams, such as WonderUp, QuickBust, or breast-enhancing gums, or anything like that. I don't believe in using that stuff. It also doesn't involve Birth Control Pills. Besides the harmless fact that I'm a virgin and just "don't feel comfortable" with BCP, I believe there are better ways to gain bust size than that.
Instead, my program will involve exercise, food, massage, hypnosis, willpower, a combination of pretty much everything. My program is to simply immerse my entire life into NBE. Breasts: 34B (however my right breast is a full B and my left breast is an A. It looks really weird to me.)

I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I try to almost never drink coffee (at least for NBE and growth purposes, as I am still young.) I am NOT a vegetarian or vegan... I love meat... lol.

My arms look like toothpicks. I've been very skinny all my life and let me tell you that it was NOT fun. People called me an alien, a giraffe, all sorts of things. Of course when I hit puberty all of a sudden it became "in fashion." and everyone started telling me I should model, yada yada whatever. You know what I think is beautiful? Being an athletic woman with nice, curvy arms and legs, and of course, medium to large breasts. [img=15x17]./forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif[/img] So that's my two cents in regards to the whole modeling industry. I'd like to be a lingerie model, though.

Most lingerie models I see, however, are actually very stick-like, with stick arms and stick-legs, and no hips. And usually when they have really big boobs it looks weird, in my opinion.

OK, so they're both very skinny. But which one do YOU think looks BETTER? The first one? Or the second one, who's noticably curvier? The curvier one, right? I think so too.
I have curvy hips, but somewhat a narrow chest and somewhat small boobs. If I had a better chest, nicer arms, and bigger boobs, I'd look a lot like the 2nd model. [img=15x17]./forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_razz.gif[/img]
So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. My NBE program is for all you girls out there who have stick-thin arms (and smaller-than-you'd-like breasts, of course) and just don't buy into the media's over-sensationalizing of your skinny-ness. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.
I am using NBE PLUS exercise, to not only enlarge my breasts, but to CHANGE my entire body. To ACHIEVE a CURVIER, more sensuous, athletic woman's body. The entire program will follow in the next post.

Now for the program: I will post each portion of the program in separate parts to make things easier.
STEP 1: HERBS. Buy your herbs. 2 kinds of herbs is perferrable to buying 3 or only 1, in my opinion. Although this program will NOT put extreme emphasis on herbs, you may still use them, and I will be using them too, but only in small amounts, and not on a regular basis. Perhaps I will increase them later on, but for now that is not part of the plan.
If you plan on using any phytoestrogenic herbs, such as Fenugreek, buy only ONE kind for the time being. (IMO, if I took loads of estrogenic herbs, my hips would widen and MOST fat would probably go to my hips and thighs and butt. Boobs? Maybe a little, but I don't think so!)
As a second added herb, buy an androgen-blocker like Saw-Palmetto. Leave both these herbs in a stash somewhere for later use if necessary, because you won't be using them now.
I currently have these two herbs in my "stash."
SAW PALMETTO: (Veg Life brand, 550 mg per capsule)
FENUGREEK: (Eclectic Institute brand, 600 mg per capsule. I was told this is a very good brand, because the herbs are freeze-dried immediately before processing and are kept extremely fresh.)

Trust me, it isn't all that bad for NBE. You think you have small boobs? Are you actually worrying that exercise will make them SMALLER??? What do you have to lose, exactly? Now mind you I am not exactly flat-chested because I have 34Bs. But I exercise regularly, and they have never gotten smaller on me. I'm sure that if started eating much less, then maybe they would. But with exercise? Has never happened to me before... And I have seen LOTS of girls jogging around my neighborhood who have large, (REAL) breasts, D-cups for example, and are VERY in-shape and muscular. Moreso than I am. Why haven't they lost their boobs?
Here's why you should start exercising. First of all, the obvious: It makes you look and feel much more attractive and healthier, and good health is usually a plus for NBE. Toning your hips to make them look smaller, and beefing up your arms and chest and shoulders to make your upper body look more dominant, will make your breasts look perkier even if they are small and have not grown.
OK, so everyone knows about that already. But here's another thing.
Think about a woman you know who has a very boyish, or android-like figure. Think of a woman you know who has very narrow, almost non-existant hips, hips that don't curve or really protrude past the pelvis.
NOW. MAKE SURE that the woman you are thinking of has...
DUN DUN DUN
NO BOOBS. Maybe she has A cups, or very small Bs.
Got it?
NOW. Envision her standing next to another woman that you know personally.
The other woman is pear-shaped. She has nice, rounded hips. And she has big breasts! - think C cup or larger. But because her hips are so much wider than her chest, her breasts don't really look as big as they could!
In fact, the first woman actually appears to have a larger chest, only because of how narrow her hips are! And can you imagine if the first woman with small breasts actually DID have large breasts? a C cup like the other girl? The first girl's breasts would look really big, wouldn't they! And it's all because her ribcage, and the muscle underneath her breasts, aren't overshadowed by the hips that the other woman has.
So throughout my NBE program I will be following a weekly excersize routine that will actually (hopefully) BROADEN my upper abdominals, chest, and shoulders, and upper back. Think of this as creating a nice broad 'canvas' for the boobs that you would like to grow. Believe me, if my boobs suddenly grew into D-cups, and my arms and chest were still rail-thin, they would probably look TOO big.
Granted I'm looking to see my breasts increase to a 36C. (which is actually a 34D, but obviously I want my ribcage to widen during NBE as well.)
At my age it is NEVER too early to start exercising. I have never played sports at school, but in the past couple years I have lifted small weights to tone my body on-and-off. Now I plan to stick with my program for an entire year!!!
The key to creating the V-shape in your body is to gently tone your lower body using very light weights, with high repititions. This will tighten your thighs, butt, etc. and make your lower half appear just a little slimmer (you can't saw off your hip bones, unfortunately.)
And to create a BROADER upper body, you must use increasingly heavier weights, with lower repetitions. Don't hurt yourself and start with 10 lb. weights if you can only lift 2 lb. weights!!! I personally have never been the strongest or most muscular person ever. I tend to gain muscle easier in my calves and thighs for some reason. So for those muscles I only use 2 lb. weights. For my upper body, I started with 2 lb. weights as well, and gradually increased those to the 3 lb. weights that I use now. Later I will increase them to 4 or 5 lb. weights, and so on. We'll see how things turn out.
I follow a weekly workout routine. The book is called "The 12-Minute Total Body Workout" and my mom bought it for me in the used section of a library somewhere. It's actually kind of outdated, but it appears to work because back when I was fully committed to it last year for only about 4 months, I really saw major results. I love it because it is really efficient. But you can use whatever routine you want, preferrably something published more recently, lol. I would also go to the gym but I don't have enough money or time for that I guess. (During those 4 months, by the way, I was using the 2 lb. weights for BOTH my upper and lower body. My upper body did get noticably broader, but not by much. This is the first time I've done the routine using heavier weights on my upper body.)
I've been exercising for 4 weeks now with the heavier weights. And guess what? My shoulders and chest have already broadened - A LOT. my underbust used to be 28-29 inches, and it's already grown to be 30-31 inches now. My mom and one of my neighbors both said that my shoulders look "A lot different! They're a lot squarer and broader!!!" YAY!!! And it's only been 4 weeks, so imagine what you or I could do in 3 months? Or 6 months? Or a year, or forever? Maybe I'm being a little too optimistic here, after all, I'm not a trainer, or a doctor, or anything like that. I'm just a girl who's done lots of research on exercise and NBE, etc, and I'm really motivated for change. So I'm just gonna stick to it and see where it takes me!!! I love food. Lol. And I love chocolate, but for NBE I'm trying to cut down on it. [img=15x17]./forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif[/img]
It is good to keep a balanced diet, so try to eat a little bit of everything. And never ever cut out anything COMPLETELY, things like carbs or fat, because your body still does need them to function. You do need to feel comfortable with taking in fat and eating some fatty foods if you ever want to see your boobs grow, and you may need to consume a little more than usual if you are burning all those calories with exercise. I have a freakishly high metabolism so I actually make an effort to eat more of those foods than most girls I know. I also drink a lot of whole wilk every day, and I eat lots of cheese. I also take about 2,000 mg of Omega-3 fish oil (about 2 TBSP, I THINK) every day. Besides promoting bone growth, your skin, nails, and hair will benefit from the combination of all these things, and the fat will of course help your boobs. Fish oil and milk is a must in my opinion for NBE, and any other growth for that matter. I have grown 3 inches taller than my predicted adult height and am still growing, due to willpower, and probably also due to all the milk/fish oil I take in.
Fats are essential for NBE, but here is a list I made of other extra foods that are supposedly helpful as well.
MY BOOBIE FOODS!!!
MILK
SOY
POTATOES
PAPAYA and other exotic fruits such as passion fruit or guava
Olives and anything with Olive Oil
Chicken
Meat**
Eggs**
Apples - I don't like apples for some reason, but I guess you can eat them.
** This means that I've also read they are sources of testosterone. Kinda confusing. They both contain protein, though, and protein is a must for the exercise portion of my NBE program.
I also read about chicken feet soup, somewhere on this board. I think Tiger_Lily posted it. My favorite dim sum restaurant actually serves chicken feet soup, and I've had it, and I love it. it's really gelatnous, so I get the feeling it is probably awesome for NBE!! I wouldn't know because I've only eaten it once, though!
EXERCISE FOODS:
I eat these foods just before/after exercising:
Eggs - I love eggs. Eggs are amazing. I eat them pretty much every other day. The cholesterol is supposedly bad for you though if you eat as many as I do! So I try to eat only the egg whites instead sometimes.
Almonds/Pistachios/Nuts
Bananas
Cheese
Red meat
Seafood, crab, shrimp, yum yum.
Tuna/Salmon/other fishes
Cabbage
lettuce
Asparagus
Thai summer rolls are really good as snacks because they contain lettuce, shrimp, and bean sprouts all wrapped into one, and usually come with peanut dipping sauce. Plus they're really healthy.
Whey Protein bars and shakes are also good. I usually start by eating eggs for breakfast if I'm about to do an upper body workout, and then follow up with a protein bar. Some protein bars give you energy and others aid in repairing and rebuilding muscle. I eat the ones that repair muscle and allow my muscles to grow that way. Don't overwork yourself and don't worry about stuffing yourself with only protein. This isn't a workout or a bodybuilding program, and God knows I don't plan on making myself look like a man. I'm just saying that if you plan on exercising along with NBE, these foods will help. Remember to drink lots of water if you are exercising. My mom calls me a camel because I can go for an entire day and not feel thirsty, so I have to always remind myself to do that.
To be honest I list these foods as extras that will help excersise, but they should NOT be your entire diet. You need to be eating food from the entire spectrum for NBE, especially fat, of course, and I eat quite a bit of carbs because my mom is Italian and she cooks lots of spaghetti LOL. The only thing I think you really shouldn't consume a lot of, for both NBE and exercise purposes, is caffeine, nicotine, and sugar. I love chocolate but have cut down since the start of my NBE program.
Anything else that seems to help YOU with your program is of course also wonderful. Multivitamins/antioxidants, whatever you want. This is just what works for me.

Your mind is probably the most important tool in NBE. As I mentioned earlier, I used my willpower to grow taller. Now I am using it for my boobs!
A lot of what I try to do is just relaxing and meditating. Every night before I go to bed I tell myself things like, "my boobs are growing. They are getting bigger. They are becoming larger and firmer." Rephrasing the same sentence in repetition helps I think. It helps me to lay in bed with an extra blanket over my breasts for warmth, or to lay in a hot bath while I do this. While I tell myself these messages, I usually feel them tingle. They are tingling right now while I type this!
I also think of these positive messages during massage. I massage both breasts entirely, sometimes for 5 minutes, sometimes 10. I think what matters is that you really put yourself into it and deeply relax and REALLY make yourself feel that your breasts are growing. Try not to "slap" your boobs back in forth. I suppose you could do this if you wanted, but whenever I have done it it has only resulted in red boobs that don't really look any bigger. Remember to use a massage cream, too. Personally I like the Hollywood Dream Cream from Frederick's of Hollywood for two reasons:
1. It makes my boobs smell like strawberries [img=15x17]./forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif[/img]
2. It is from a lingerie/sensuality-based store, and Frederick's models of course usually have nice boobs. Basically the whole store is a big store full of boobies and boobie-enhancing bras and everything you can think of. Therefore when I use their brand of cream, I think ESPECIALLY of boobs, and MY BOOBS getting much bigger.
NOW ABOUT THE HERBS:
Occasionally, before massage, I may take one or both of the Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto supplements. I usually don't swallow both pills whole. I open them up and swallow about 1/4 each and then take another 1/4 of both and rub it all over my breasts. Then I massage them with the cream so that the herbs "sink in" better, although they really never sink in at all I guess. You could say that this is all for placebo effect, maybe. As I said earlier, I may take increased amounts of these herbs in the future, but not for now, because I believe I am estrogen dominant and would hardly need many for NBE. It is only a little more than placebo for now.
HYPNOSIS: I just started using hypnosis at night. I usually like to massage first, then make the lights in my room dim and I pull the covers up in bed and lay my head on my pillow, and place an extra blanket on my breasts again so that they are really warm. Then I put on a sleeping mask and start listening to the MP3s. I use the tiny ear plugs that came with my iPod because they feel more comfortable in my ears while I lay my head down.
I currently use the Kenneth Blake MP3s because they are free. I am liking it so far. I've heard some people say they don't like his accent. It doesn't bother me. And I am actually very happy and relaxed while I listen to him, and some of the things he says do make me laugh, which is good for NBE too because NBE requires a good positive attitude to really work! My breasts really have been tingling a LOT whenever I have listened to the MP3s, and I am SURE that they are growing. I have listened for only about a week and they appear a little bigger, though I have not measured. They are definately firmer and more sensitive.
Finally, in the next section, I will discuss Progesterone Cream.

I bought progesterone cream for a number of reasons. For one I believe I am estrogen dominant. I've shown many signs of it for years - things that I'd like to rid myself of. SEVERE PMS, mood swings, insomnia, depression, forgetfulness, stress, loads of acne, and almost zero weight gain in the upper body, just to name a few. So, no, PC is not ONLY for my boobs. However I believe it has great potential to aid in NBE for someone like me. Progesterone is also one of the main catalysts in breast growth during pregnancy. My mom had 36Cs before she was pregnant. Then they grew to 40DDs. They are still 40DDs. She isn't really very overweight, either. I am an only child, however my mother, her mother, and my dad's mother all have kept their breast gain after pregnancy with no gradual shrinkage and little weight gain otherwise. And when they all got pregnant, their breasts grew huge. My mom has DDs, her mom has DDs, and my other grandma has Cs. I have Bs, so I believe they have the potential to grow to Cs at least, if not larger, with the progesterone, and NBE in general.
My mom would tell me, "it's never good to play with hormones." So you must remember that the Progesterone in my case isn't only for NBE, it is potentially improving or ridding me of many problems caused by excess estrogen. I am on day 1 of my menstrual cycle so therefore I am not on the cream at the moment. But I am continuing with all other aspects of my program and plan to start using the cream after my next couple cycles - I live in Hawaii and it is quite warm here, but at night it can go down into the lower 60's, sometimes 58 degrees F or so, which probably isn't nearly as great for NBE as is the mid 70 to 80 degree range.
SO, that concludes my program. Yes, it was EXTREMELY LONG, but I DID warn you. And I really think I can do it. I really do believe I can change my body.

ALSO: I have become interested in PM but can't find any locally. I am not ordering anything over the internet, so I MAY buy Kudzu root extract (Pueraria Lobata) from my health food store instead, to aid in NBE. This will of course be in the future won't be relevant for now. The MIND is what really matters for NBE to work, in my opinion!

I'm am just a newbie but I'm give NBE a try.
I'v orderd WonderUp I thought that would be a good way to get the body used to the diffrent herbs.
But as I read through your program you suggested fenugreek and saw plametto, and when I searched
for saw plametto it said that it where for men's prostate. So I was wondering is it the same
saw plametto I should buy or is it something else? I couldn't find the brand you bought thought I
will look in the local health store first.

Most lingerie models I see, however, are actually very stick-like, with stick arms and stick-legs, and no hips. And usually when they have really big boobs it looks weird, in my opinion.

OK, so they're both very skinny. But which one do YOU think looks BETTER? The first one? Or the second one, who's noticably curvier? The curvier one, right? I think so too.
I have curvy hips, but somewhat a narrow chest and somewhat small boobs. If I had a better chest, nicer arms, and bigger boobs, I'd look a lot like the 2nd model. [img=15x17]./forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_razz.gif[/img]
So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. My NBE program is for all you girls out there who have stick-thin arms (and smaller-than-you'd-like breasts, of course) and just don't buy into the media's over-sensationalizing of your skinny-ness. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.
I am using NBE PLUS exercise, to not only enlarge my breasts, but to CHANGE my entire body. To ACHIEVE a CURVIER, more sensuous, athletic woman's body. The entire program will follow in the next post.

Now for the program: I will post each portion of the program in separate parts to make things easier.
STEP 1: HERBS. Buy your herbs. 2 kinds of herbs is perferrable to buying 3 or only 1, in my opinion. Although this program will NOT put extreme emphasis on herbs, you may still use them, and I will be using them too, but only in small amounts, and not on a regular basis. Perhaps I will increase them later on, but for now that is not part of the plan.
If you plan on using any phytoestrogenic herbs, such as Fenugreek, buy only ONE kind for the time being. (IMO, if I took loads of estrogenic herbs, my hips would widen and MOST fat would probably go to my hips and thighs and butt. Boobs? Maybe a little, but I don't think so!)
As a second added herb, buy an androgen-blocker like Saw-Palmetto. Leave both these herbs in a stash somewhere for later use if necessary, because you won't be using them now.
I currently have these two herbs in my "stash."
SAW PALMETTO: (Veg Life brand, 550 mg per capsule)
FENUGREEK: (Eclectic Institute brand, 600 mg per capsule. I was told this is a very good brand, because the herbs are freeze-dried immediately before processing and are kept extremely fresh.)

Trust me, it isn't all that bad for NBE. You think you have small boobs? Are you actually worrying that exercise will make them SMALLER??? What do you have to lose, exactly? Now mind you I am not exactly flat-chested because I have 34Bs. But I exercise regularly, and they have never gotten smaller on me. I'm sure that if started eating much less, then maybe they would. But with exercise? Has never happened to me before... And I have seen LOTS of girls jogging around my neighborhood who have large, (REAL) breasts, D-cups for example, and are VERY in-shape and muscular. Moreso than I am. Why haven't they lost their boobs?
Here's why you should start exercising. First of all, the obvious: It makes you look and feel much more attractive and healthier, and good health is usually a plus for NBE. Toning your hips to make them look smaller, and beefing up your arms and chest and shoulders to make your upper body look more dominant, will make your breasts look perkier even if they are small and have not grown.
OK, so everyone knows about that already. But here's another thing.
Think about a woman you know who has a very boyish, or android-like figure. Think of a woman you know who has very narrow, almost non-existant hips, hips that don't curve or really protrude past the pelvis.
NOW. MAKE SURE that the woman you are thinking of has...
DUN DUN DUN
NO BOOBS. Maybe she has A cups, or very small Bs.
Got it?
NOW. Envision her standing next to another woman that you know personally.
The other woman is pear-shaped. She has nice, rounded hips. And she has big breasts! - think C cup or larger. But because her hips are so much wider than her chest, her breasts don't really look as big as they could!
In fact, the first woman actually appears to have a larger chest, only because of how narrow her hips are! And can you imagine if the first woman with small breasts actually DID have large breasts? a C cup like the other girl? The first girl's breasts would look really big, wouldn't they! And it's all because her ribcage, and the muscle underneath her breasts, aren't overshadowed by the hips that the other woman has.
So throughout my NBE program I will be following a weekly excersize routine that will actually (hopefully) BROADEN my upper abdominals, chest, and shoulders, and upper back. Think of this as creating a nice broad 'canvas' for the boobs that you would like to grow. Believe me, if my boobs suddenly grew into D-cups, and my arms and chest were still rail-thin, they would probably look TOO big.
Granted I'm looking to see my breasts increase to a 36C. (which is actually a 34D, but obviously I want my ribcage to widen during NBE as well.)
At my age it is NEVER too early to start exercising. I have never played sports at school, but in the past couple years I have lifted small weights to tone my body on-and-off. Now I plan to stick with my program for an entire year!!!
The key to creating the V-shape in your body is to gently tone your lower body using very light weights, with high repititions. This will tighten your thighs, butt, etc. and make your lower half appear just a little slimmer (you can't saw off your hip bones, unfortunately.)
And to create a BROADER upper body, you must use increasingly heavier weights, with lower repetitions. Don't hurt yourself and start with 10 lb. weights if you can only lift 2 lb. weights!!! I personally have never been the strongest or most muscular person ever. I tend to gain muscle easier in my calves and thighs for some reason. So for those muscles I only use 2 lb. weights. For my upper body, I started with 2 lb. weights as well, and gradually increased those to the 3 lb. weights that I use now. Later I will increase them to 4 or 5 lb. weights, and so on. We'll see how things turn out.
I follow a weekly workout routine. The book is called "The 12-Minute Total Body Workout" and my mom bought it for me in the used section of a library somewhere. It's actually kind of outdated, but it appears to work because back when I was fully committed to it last year for only about 4 months, I really saw major results. I love it because it is really efficient. But you can use whatever routine you want, preferrably something published more recently, lol. I would also go to the gym but I don't have enough money or time for that I guess. (During those 4 months, by the way, I was using the 2 lb. weights for BOTH my upper and lower body. My upper body did get noticably broader, but not by much. This is the first time I've done the routine using heavier weights on my upper body.)
I've been exercising for 4 weeks now with the heavier weights. And guess what? My shoulders and chest have already broadened - A LOT. my underbust used to be 28-29 inches, and it's already grown to be 30-31 inches now. My mom and one of my neighbors both said that my shoulders look "A lot different! They're a lot squarer and broader!!!" YAY!!! And it's only been 4 weeks, so imagine what you or I could do in 3 months? Or 6 months? Or a year, or forever? Maybe I'm being a little too optimistic here, after all, I'm not a trainer, or a doctor, or anything like that. I'm just a girl who's done lots of research on exercise and NBE, etc, and I'm really motivated for change. So I'm just gonna stick to it and see where it takes me!!! It is good to keep a balanced diet, so try to eat a little bit of everything. And never ever cut out anything COMPLETELY, things like carbs or fat, because your body still does need them to function. You do need to feel comfortable with taking in fat and eating some fatty foods if you ever want to see your boobs grow, and you may need to consume a little more than usual if you are burning all those calories with exercise. I have a freakishly high metabolism so I actually make an effort to eat more of those foods than most girls I know. I also drink a lot of whole wilk every day, and I eat lots of cheese. I also take about 2,000 mg of Omega-3 fish oil (about 2 TBSP, I THINK) every day. Besides promoting bone growth, your skin, nails, and hair will benefit from the combination of all these things, and the fat will of course help your boobs. Fish oil and milk is a must in my opinion for NBE, and any other growth for that matter. I have grown 3 inches taller than my predicted adult height and am still growing, due to willpower, and probably also due to all the milk/fish oil I take in.
Fats are essential for NBE, but here is a list I made of other extra foods that are supposedly helpful as well.

POTATOES
PAPAYA and other exotic fruits such as passion fruit or guava
Olives and anything with Olive Oil
Chicken
Meat**
Eggs**
Apples - I don't like apples for some reason, but I guess you can eat them.
** This means that I've also read they are sources of testosterone. Kinda confusing. They both contain protein, though, and protein is a must for the exercise portion of my NBE program.
I also read about chicken feet soup, somewhere on this board. I think Tiger_Lily posted it. My favorite dim sum restaurant actually serves chicken feet soup, and I've had it, and I love it. it's really gelatnous, so I get the feeling it is probably awesome for NBE!! I wouldn't know because I've only eaten it once, though!
EXERCISE FOODS:
I eat these foods just before/after exercising:
Eggs - I love eggs. Eggs are amazing. I eat them pretty much every other day. The cholesterol is supposedly bad for you though if you eat as many as I do! So I try to eat only the egg whites instead sometimes.
Almonds/Pistachios/Nuts
Bananas
Cheese
Red meat
Seafood, crab, shrimp, yum yum.
Tuna/Salmon/other fishes
Cabbage
lettuce
Asparagus
Thai summer rolls are really good as snacks because they contain lettuce, shrimp, and bean sprouts all wrapped into one, and usually come with peanut dipping sauce. Plus they're really healthy.
Whey Protein bars and shakes are also good. I usually start by eating eggs for breakfast if I'm about to do an upper body workout, and then follow up with a protein bar. Some protein bars give you energy and others aid in repairing and rebuilding muscle. I eat the ones that repair muscle and allow my muscles to grow that way. Don't overwork yourself and don't worry about stuffing yourself with only protein. This isn't a workout or a bodybuilding program, and God knows I don't plan on making myself look like a man. I'm just saying that if you plan on exercising along with NBE, these foods will help. Remember to drink lots of water if you are exercising. My mom calls me a camel because I can go for an entire day and not feel thirsty, so I have to always remind myself to do that.
To be honest I list these foods as extras that will help excersise, but they should NOT be your entire diet. You need to be eating food from the entire spectrum for NBE, especially fat, of course, and I eat quite a bit of carbs because my mom is Italian and she cooks lots of spaghetti LOL. The only thing I think you really shouldn't consume a lot of, for both NBE and exercise purposes, is caffeine, nicotine, and sugar. I love chocolate but have cut down since the start of my NBE program.
Anything else that seems to help YOU with your program is of course also wonderful. Multivitamins/antioxidants, whatever you want. This is just what works for me.

Your mind is probably the most important tool in NBE. As I mentioned earlier, I used my willpower to grow taller. Now I am using it for my boobs!
A lot of what I try to do is just relaxing and meditating. Every night before I go to bed I tell myself things like, "my boobs are growing. They are getting bigger. They are becoming larger and firmer." Rephrasing the same sentence in repetition helps I think. It helps me to lay in bed with an extra blanket over my breasts for warmth, or to lay in a hot bath while I do this. While I tell myself these messages, I usually feel them tingle. They are tingling right now while I type this!
I also think of these positive messages during massage. I massage both breasts entirely, sometimes for 5 minutes, sometimes 10. I think what matters is that you really put yourself into it and deeply relax and REALLY make yourself feel that your breasts are growing. Try not to "slap" your boobs back in forth. I suppose you could do this if you wanted, but whenever I have done it it has only resulted in red boobs that don't really look any bigger. Remember to use a massage cream, too. Personally I like the Hollywood Dream Cream from Frederick's of Hollywood for two reasons:
1. It makes my boobs smell like strawberries [img=15x17]./forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif[/img]
2. It is from a lingerie/sensuality-based store, and Frederick's models of course usually have nice boobs. Basically the whole store is a big store full of boobies and boobie-enhancing bras and everything you can think of. Therefore when I use their brand of cream, I think ESPECIALLY of boobs, and MY BOOBS getting much bigger.
NOW ABOUT THE HERBS:
Occasionally, before massage, I may take one or both of the Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto supplements. I usually don't swallow both pills whole. I open them up and swallow about 1/4 each and then take another 1/4 of both and rub it all over my breasts. Then I massage them with the cream so that the herbs "sink in" better, although they really never sink in at all I guess. You could say that this is all for placebo effect, maybe. As I said earlier, I may take increased amounts of these herbs in the future, but not for now, because I believe I am estrogen dominant and would hardly need many for NBE. It is only a little more than placebo for now.
HYPNOSIS: I just started using hypnosis at night. I usually like to massage first, then make the lights in my room dim and I pull the covers up in bed and lay my head on my pillow, and place an extra blanket on my breasts again so that they are really warm. Then I put on a sleeping mask and start listening to the MP3s. I use the tiny ear plugs that came with my iPod because they feel more comfortable in my ears while I lay my head down.
I currently use the Kenneth Blake MP3s because they are free. I am liking it so far. I've heard some people say they don't like his accent. It doesn't bother me. And I am actually very happy and relaxed while I listen to him, and some of the things he says do make me laugh, which is good for NBE too because NBE requires a good positive attitude to really work! My breasts really have been tingling a LOT whenever I have listened to the MP3s, and I am SURE that they are growing. I have listened for only about a week and they appear a little bigger, though I have not measured. They are definately firmer and more sensitive.
Finally, in the next section, I will discuss Progesterone Cream.

I bought progesterone cream for a number of reasons. For one I believe I am estrogen dominant. I've shown many signs of it for years - things that I'd like to rid myself of. SEVERE PMS, mood swings, insomnia, depression, forgetfulness, stress, loads of acne, and almost zero weight gain in the upper body, just to name a few. So, no, PC is not ONLY for my boobs. However I believe it has great potential to aid in NBE for someone like me. Progesterone is also one of the main catalysts in breast growth during pregnancy. My mom had 36Cs before she was pregnant. Then they grew to 40DDs. They are still 40DDs. She isn't really very overweight, either. I am an only child, however my mother, her mother, and my dad's mother all have kept their breast gain after pregnancy with no gradual shrinkage and little weight gain otherwise. And when they all got pregnant, their breasts grew huge. My mom has DDs, her mom has DDs, and my other grandma has Cs. I have Bs, so I believe they have the potential to grow to Cs at least, if not larger, with the progesterone, and NBE in general.
My mom would tell me, "it's never good to play with hormones." So you must remember that the Progesterone in my case isn't only for NBE, it is potentially improving or ridding me of many problems caused by excess estrogen. I am on day 1 of my menstrual cycle so therefore I am not on the cream at the moment. But I am continuing with all other aspects of my program and plan to start using the cream after my next couple cycles - I live in Hawaii and it is quite warm here, but at night it can go down into the lower 60's, sometimes 58 degrees F or so, which probably isn't nearly as great for NBE as is the mid 70 to 80 degree range.
SO, that concludes my program. Yes, it was EXTREMELY LONG, but I DID warn you. And I really think I can do it. I really do believe I can change my body.

ALSO: I have become interested in PM but can't find any locally. I am not ordering anything over the internet, so I MAY buy Kudzu root extract (Pueraria Lobata) from my health food store instead, to aid in NBE. This will of course be in the future won't be relevant for now. The MIND is what really matters for NBE to work, in my opinion!

I'm am just a newbie but I'm give NBE a try.
I'v orderd WonderUp I thought that would be a good way to get the body used to the diffrent herbs.
But as I read through your program you suggested fenugreek and saw plametto, and when I searched
for saw plametto it said that it where for men's prostate. So I was wondering is it the same
saw plametto I should buy or is it something else? I couldn't find the brand you bought thought I
will look in the local health store first.

But it is also a known aid in NBE because it is somewhat of an androgen-blocker. Therefore it may lead to weight gain, which could in some cases contribute to bigger breasts. People usually don't take too much of SP because they complain about that weight gain part of it. But I think in small doses it should be OK. I have taken it before and have not had problems with it, however I do have a high metabolism so who knows how it may work for other people. I am using SP mainly for the possible weight gain in breasts, as well as because I think the human body is very adaptable, and may have even less success with NBE if I were to overflood my body only with estrogenic herbs.
