*Measurements: 31.5-23.6-35.4 (these are not the exact measurements, i'm planning to update in a few days.)
-no hormonal problems i guess, period started at the age of 13, never had any irregularity in period.
-work out at least 2 days a week.
-no alcohol, no drug, no cigarette, no coffee, no coke.
-never been pregnant, virgin actually, i dunno if that has any affect on nbe.

-10 min. massage with borage oil mixed with soy powder.

Well, i decided not to mess with my hormones, so i'm not taking herbs orally, except the teas. I couldn't find chicken feet, but i'm trying to eat as many boobie foods as i can. So my program is,
*morning
-350 mg alfalfa
-10 min massage (180 rotations) with sunflower oil mixed with soy powder, barley powder and linseed powder
-in the breakfast, one egg, green and black olive, cheese
*midday
-fennel or hops tea
*evening
-10 min massage (180 rotations) with sunflower oil mixed with soy powder, barley powder and linseed powder
-hypnosis, rockmelon melody
Program started in 3/12/2009
it's been only 2 days..
well, i must say i'm feeling tingles in my breasts, whenever i concentrate on hypnosis and imagine that they are growing. i remember feeling these tingles at the age of 14 when my boobs grew. i don't know if this is just pshycological, but i feel that they're a little fuller! i'm very much encouraged, and i really do believe that they are growing. maybe this is an important point too.

i'm eating too much! i will change plan, cause i don't wanna gain weight. i will eat less, but i will eat only protein and omega 3 foods. i wish i could find chicken feet
as for my boobies, theyre still fuller, my most bras are tight. but no significant change. i was hoping it would be faster. it seems i gotta be more patient.

yeah you're right. actually i was inspired by april's program, she grew 3 inches in just 2 months. i was hoping to see the results that fast, but i'm gonna have to wait longer. i think she's an extreme example lol.
i actually had growth in 20 days, which is pretty good, so im hopeful, i'm not gonna give up.
how long did it take for you to see the results?

For me, it took less than a month to get .25" when I 1st started back in Nov 08. Got to 1.5" by late Feb, but that soon leveled off and then shrank a lil by late March/early April (-.25"). But like I've said, it prolly was due to me not taking anymore goat's rue to support the growth, plus my 3-week meat fast was no help! Soooo after finally figuring this out, I'm now giving my PM routine another try. It's been a cycle since I started and they're getting fuller again. But man, acne is coming in which sucks!
I don't wanna ramble on your page, but I'm going to try out the Noogleberry in a couple months to speed up my progress. Got a wedding to play a role in, so don't wanna bare all and look ridiculously flat (plus embarrass myself while I'm at it!). IF your progress happens to slow down or stop, you may wanna give Noogleberry a try as well.
