-no hormonal problems i guess, period started at the age of 13, never had any irregularity in period.
-work out at least 2 days a week.
-no alcohol, no drug, no cigarette, no coffee, no coke.
-never been pregnant, virgin actually, i dunno if that has any affect on nbe.

-350 mg. alfalfa
-half tea spoon fenugreek

-a cup of hops tea
-10 min. massage with borage oil mixed with soy powder.

.....Update.....

Well, i decided not to mess with my hormones, so i'm not taking herbs orally, except the teas. I couldn't find chicken feet, but i'm trying to eat as many boobie foods as i can. So my program is,

*morning
-350 mg alfalfa
-10 min massage (180 rotations) with sunflower oil mixed with soy powder, barley powder and linseed powder
-in the breakfast, one egg, green and black olive, cheese

*midday
-fennel or hops tea

*evening
-10 min massage (180 rotations) with sunflower oil mixed with soy powder, barley powder and linseed powder
-hypnosis, rockmelon melody

Program started in 3/12/2009

it's been only 2 days..
well, i must say i'm feeling tingles in my breasts, whenever i concentrate on hypnosis and imagine that they are growing. i remember feeling these tingles at the age of 14 when my boobs grew. i don't know if this is just pshycological, but i feel that they're a little fuller! i'm very much encouraged, and i really do believe that they are growing. maybe this is an important point too.

i don't know if i'm hallucinating or not, my breasts never looked that bouncy before. they would probably measure the same, but they feel much fuller. with that encouragement, my goal is now a full c cup, hopefully in less than 6 months.

my period started, breats still fuller. i will add avocado to my program, a few days a week. i hope the fullness with stay after my period too.

my bra was too tight that there was a red line on my boobs at the edges of the bra. (sorry for bad english but i didnt know how to tell it.) that never happened before, even in my period! i'm so happy, it's been only a week and i see obvious results! i'm so thankful to this website..

i added linseed to my program. i eat half tea spoon linseed with yoghurt after massages. my boobie batter now includes, sunflower oil, olive oil, soy powder, barley powder, fennel, hops, liinseed.

i'm eating too much! i will change plan, cause i don't wanna gain weight. i will eat less, but i will eat only protein and omega 3 foods. i wish i could find chicken feet [Image: icon_e_sad.gif]

as for my boobies, theyre still fuller, my most bras are tight. but no significant change. i was hoping it would be faster. it seems i gotta be more patient.

Linda, you've gotta remember that it usually takes the body a while to build new cells enough for it to be really noticeable. Besides, you haven't even been on this routine for 1 month just yet. Lol but I know how you feel. I'm a slow grower myself and it gets very frustrating at times! At the very least, the majority of your bras are getting tight so that's pretty d@mn good for being on a program for only a few weeks. I'm sure you'll reach your goals soon.

yeah you're right. actually i was inspired by april's program, she grew 3 inches in just 2 months. i was hoping to see the results that fast, but i'm gonna have to wait longer. i think she's an extreme example lol.

i actually had growth in 20 days, which is pretty good, so im hopeful, i'm not gonna give up.

how long did it take for you to see the results?

Yeah, april did well didn't she?! Lol, I'm so jealous.

For me, it took less than a month to get .25" when I 1st started back in Nov 08. Got to 1.5" by late Feb, but that soon leveled off and then shrank a lil by late March/early April (-.25"). But like I've said, it prolly was due to me not taking anymore goat's rue to support the growth, plus my 3-week meat fast was no help! Soooo after finally figuring this out, I'm now giving my PM routine another try. It's been a cycle since I started and they're getting fuller again. But man, acne is coming in which sucks!

I don't wanna ramble on your page, but I'm going to try out the Noogleberry in a couple months to speed up my progress. Got a wedding to play a role in, so don't wanna bare all and look ridiculously flat (plus embarrass myself while I'm at it!). IF your progress happens to slow down or stop, you may wanna give Noogleberry a try as well.

actually i'm very curious about noogleberry, ive heard that some girls had impressive results with it, but, i cannot get used to the idea of a device sucking my breasts. that sounds a lil scary lol. i'm planning to go on with this program for 2 more months, if i can grow an inch by then, i will keep going till i reach my goal. i gotta stick to it more though, cause actually i'm not doing anything particular other than massaging, and sometimes hypnosis, which i think is very helpful. the reason why i'm not taking some stuff is, i'm really afraid of acne and selulites. i'm trying to get over this process with least damage to my body.

i'm still very encouraged, cause i think i've grown like half an inch! (i measure with my hands, now they overflow when i grasp them lol)

anyway, thank you shyboobs, i wish for you the best. i hope you go to that wedding with some very impressive boobs. and if you grew almost 2 inches by now, i think you should be close to your target. i will check out from your program page.

Well...noogleberry isn't some loud vacuum machine. It's a small, hand-held device that you control. You don't plug it in, and it seems to be 1 of the few things that work for everybody. Plus you're not messing with hormones and don't gotta worry bout weight gain. So that's great news for people worried about gaining weight.

And no, I guess you misunderstood my post. I didn't grow almost 2 inches. I grew 1.25 inches (remember I LOST that .25" from the 1.5"). Altho I didn't measure recently, might be .25" bigger now.

Oops. Meant to tell you I'm still only an 'AA' cup. So I would need almost 4" to reach my goal of a full C. Phew! Got my work cut out...which is why I decided to get the noogleberry!

ok after you told me, i had some research about noogleberry, and i'm really impressed by the results. i think it's a really good choice to start over with noogleberry. 4" is not so unreachable, with nb and a good program you can reach your goal in just a few months. i really hope the best for you.

now i measure 81 cm. i was 80 cm before, so i had almost 1/2 inch growth in the first month. also my bras are tight etc. now i might be too big for an a cup. (in some brands)

i'm aiming to gain a full inch this month, so i gotta be more into my program.

ive been taking zinc for almost a month now, and i had some good growth.. today i bought my first 32 c bra! its a bit loose, but it fits! i'm so excited! i can't wait wait to fill them up, and overflow, haha.

my overall growth is 1,25 inches.. before i started, i was a bit smaller than i stated i think.. so i'm doing fine! i just need 2 inches to rach my goal.

i'm gonna measure on 1st April.

no i'm not washing after massages. as i don't have fenugreek in my lotion, it doesn't cause any problems about bad smell etc.

and my massage technique is similar to tigerlily fengshui technique. i do circles from outside to inside, and then i slide my hands from my stomach to my boobs, as if im trying to move the fat to my boobs. then i push them up, touch them to each other a few times. i massage twice a daw, each time 180 circles.

and an update about my program,
i will start exercising at least 5 days a week from now on. and to keep the growth, i will take fish oil in capsules. a month ago, i did exercising almost everyday for 3 weeks with taking fish oil, and i grew almost 1 cm. so i think fish oil is an effective nbe product. plus, the capsulators are of collagen, so it may be helpful too, lol.

so my current program is,

*morning
exercise for an hour
massage for 10 mins
500 mg fish oil

*noon
50 mg zinc after lunch

*evening
50 mg zinc after dinner
massage for 10 mins before sleep

-massage lotion:
fennel, linseed, hops, barley, soy, olive oil, starflower oil, and a few drops of fish oil

well, yes i had been growing, however it seems i stalled for a few weeks. [Image: icon_e_sad.gif] i may even have lost some of the growth. i have to add something effective to my program, to gain my motivation, cause i'm starting to get desperate. [Image: icon_e_sad.gif]
i'm planning to add soy milk and i will massage with fenugreek at the weekends. i hope i can see some result. it seems so irreal to me that i can grow almost 3 more inches. i need some hope..

well, well.. i lost some of the growth, i keep 1 cm increase tho, which is better than nothing. i'm actually doing nothing for nbe right now, i'll start a brand new program next week.
i'm gonna start taking wonderup, and i'm very hopeful. my brand new program will be on the brand new site. [Image: icon_e_smile.gif] maybe i will post the program after i see some result, dunno about that.
