Before it was 43 and now it's exactly 45. I remeasured myself twice just to make sure

nice!! I'm trying the BO nipple intake and i might switch to your method   have you tried the nipple intake?

Yes I have. But then the light bulb came on in my mind and when I thought about the method I'm doing now I just thought "Why don't I just put it on my nipples too?". Pretty much I just put it all over my breast. I do also remove the keratin plug with alcohol.

So, unfortunately it's period week and since it lasts a full seven days I won't be updating on the 16th and that was supposed to be 2 weeks since my last update. So the 23rd will be the day I update again and after that I will continue back to the 2 week update again which will be the 6th of June. Also my period will be "break time" from the Bovine Ovary cream and capsule, however, I will still continue to do massages.

but i"m wondering is your measurement the same while your on your period? cause mine sadly does decrease

I wondered the same thing when mine started so I waited until day 2 to measure again and to my surprise it did not decrease. But just to be on the safe side I'm going to measure again. Does yours decrease every time you get your period?

yes I've always noticed that my titties get smaller on my period and the weird thing is most of the girls i know have the complete opposite!
but not this month apparently! i woke up today and the shark week had begun so after 2 hours i went to check my breast measurement and its still at 85cm! im guessing its BO i take 2 pills orally + i kinda "fixed" my diet but lets see if it'll last till the six day

So, its update time. My period has been over since the 16th and now its the 23rd. During my period I took a break from the Bovine Ovary cream and capsules but still did my massages. I did experience a little bit of pain during my period. Growth pain? I measured myself yesterday and I have come to a measurement of 34. That's a 32D. I measured myself twice to make sure. So, in conclusion that's my progress so far but I might take a break from the cream and capsule not just the week of my period but before. I don't know.
