I can't anymore. 
I am just ruining my skin. 
I tried to start this yrs ago. 
The day i bought Khangzhu cups, I really liked them and they held on nicely. I couldn't fit both of them at the same time So I would do 1 at a time. Within a couple of days one  of the cups messed up at that pumping part. I didn't care much because I used one at a time anyway but still, wtf?
Then I started to feel a hard bump on my right boob Which scared the sh!t outta me. it was also so sore. So I stopped doing it for a long time and thought it wasn't worth it. 
Getting boob envy again And clicking on this site Motivated me to try again. But then this time the pump broke.
So I'm irritated and start doing breast massages. But unfortunately I have horrible inflammation In my hands so they hurt, throb, tingle alot (Yes Ive gotten checked for carpel tunnel & arthritis, have neither. Also trying to eat a lot foods to fight inflammation But they still hella hurt) so The slightest massage (putting pressure on my hands doing anything) will make them hurt so much. So I couldn't deal with the massaging anymore. 
I quit. 
Later later, I had A guy massage them Because again, i got boob envy. i did feel them a lil fuller. Then he ordered me noogleberrry.
I couldn't get them to stay on at all. He then ordered the rings. WALA they stayed. til the 2nd day One of them stopped working. Again, didn't care too much because I was only using one at a time. 
life got busy so i completely stopped for bout 3months, his massaging and the one cup pumping.
Again boob envy hit me and school Is over so I thought I would start it again.
same one cup Doesn't hold at all.The other one was working fine. bout 2nd day, boom. 2nd cup is losing air no matter what. Even if I try to push down to keep it from losing air. 
frustrated.
It loses air slowly so When I feel it going down I re-pump quickly. This has left a nastyyyy dark red ring that Almost looks like it's ready to bleed. ;((( (i use Avo oil, shea butter, biosil) It looks awful,And I just recovered from the other boob having an everlasting hickie purple ring. now gotta Wait another week To wear tank tops.

my tit looks horrible
My body is way too sensitive for herbs
i broke out like crazzyyy trying.
milk makes me gassy and pimpley alllll over my forhead
I'm allergic to soy I get super itchy and bumpy
I have nothing else to attempt. (I've been trying this off and on in a five year time frame) Nothing to do but except myself for what I look like and stop destroying my body trying to make it do something it doesn't want to do.
Been trying to eat more cuz im tired of being so skinny but my stomach just hurts from too much.
I dont want this anymore. I dont want this self hate.

It seemed so exciting to do, but none of this is meant for me.

I'm sorry Athena,
I must admit I'm stumped, usually I can suggest something but you have run them all.
You can try TENS massage. Thats no load on your hands and should leave no red marks, but I havent heard of much success.. It does feel wonderful though.
Please dont hate your body. There is something amiss in there.
Take a look at Functional Medicine. They look much deeper than the regular doctors to find out whats upsetting the Apple cart.

I'm really sorry you had such a bad experience Sad I say take a little break and focus on loving your body first. It's hard, even I fail to do this from time to time but don't give up just yet. With a pessimistic mentality you'll only do damage to your body and mind.
I see you have tried everything. But as I understand you mainly had problems with pumps breaking, and also damage on your skin. Maybe with boob envy and poor body image you went too hard on yourself with the pumps? Trying it again maybe with another type of suction device, and more gentle this time, could help? 
Also have you ever tried teas like fennel or spearmint tea? Spearmint tea decreases testesterone as far as I know and I've seen people use it to clear up their skin as well. But it all depends on your hormonal state, and I'm not very knowledgable about the herbal stuff so I don't want to give you bad advice. I just think that surely there are more things that you can try. 
But like I said I think you should take a break and focus on developing better body image and peace of mind first. Best of luck to you <3

Pumps and my skin dont get on either, i get red spots with a tiny bit of pressure.

My suggestion is maybe create your own herbal oil and then put it on and saran wrap for a while with a heat pad or sleep with it on. 

And yes put weight on look around a teenage girls that are developing big breast and they are not super skinny they have meat on their bone, i had to gain and have gluten and dairy issues, mayo, coconut oil, nuts, avocado (dense foods), carbs (potato, rice). 

Imagine your breast growing, cell  dividing and believe it is happening, your mind is very powerful. 

And remember when you start small (really small like me), it takes a long time. 

But keep at it, even if its just topicals.

Tbh, I do love my body most times I really do. I think I get caught up in that damn instagram  Dodgy sometimes and see girls with delicious FAKE boobs lol and makes me want some. Specially when they wear something cute or a bathing suit since I have no cleavage.
This is the first time I ever get maaadd frustrated though... usually when i massage or pump I do visualize my boobs bigger because I'm a huge Placebo believer so I'd usually be very positive about it. What got me mad is the damn thing not working when I didnt even use it that often. Then the nasty mark did it for me! I do wanna buy khangzhu cups again but lawwwwd knows im strugglin $$$!!
I did try spearmint tea for a biiiitttt. Only thing that stopped me was the store where I'd get it from stopped having them in stock... i swear things always trying to stop me in achieving this!! guess I could order online tho...

My Doc says im allergic to a million of things... like technically I should eat like a caveman. But I hate eating so much meat. I eat pasta and pizza and potatos and try to get a bunch of fruits and veggies when I can but my guess is the foods that I eat daily is what causes the inflammation in my body :/ Specially cuz ya im allergic to "wheat" and thats a big cause of inflammation

The TENS works by sending a pulse from one patch to the other. The warning is meant for people to not place the patches where it will pulse through the chest area and mess up the hearts rhythm.
If you place your patches on one breast you will be fine.
You can do both breasts just make sure the pairs are on each breast.

Yea for the holistic Doctor.
Ask him to check your blood work for heavy metals.

Hi Athena,

It makes me sad to hear this from you, but here's the thing : NBE works when you are healthy and mostly when you believe in yourself. I am trying to not to sound very rude or cruel to you because that's not my intention never ever, but please you need to love yourself unconditionally. So, my first advice is to start doing positive things for you first, and mostly things that emotionally will help you to understand you need to be your bestfriend in order to show the best version of yourself.  Whe, we react different, and of course the results will come in a different time than others! There is no need to RUSHn I started on the forum I was deeply hurt , not just physically but emotionally too, it took me my time to do a good research and decide what was best method on NBE for me , and through months I had to learn with or without boobs I am worth it, even though I still have bad days. My second advice is to take a break and focus on your health, cause as I said before NBE only works when your body is in whole harmony - specially hormones. I read you are having issues with inflammation, so figure out what is going on with your health, and take care of yourself whatever it takes, 3 m, 6, 1 year or more. Your priority now should be to fix the problem that is causing you these health issues. I had stomach and liver problems for two years so I chose pumping cause for me it was the best option, I was healing in 2016 and I was taking meds at the same time. So, with this, what I mean is my third advice : take a break, meanwhile do a good research, choose the best option and start  s l o w l y . I think the best thing about NBE is every story is different, every growth is different , every path is different BUT we tend to do the same mistake over and over, we take for granted if we do the same thing as others do we'll grow when the reality is each person grows differently.  i don't know why this idea about copying what others do will give you same results, no,no,no. Your body is unique, your journey is unique, your results are unique. So my last advice is to think twice before acting, and this is not something personal but for everyone on this forum, please do think a bit before making any decision cause it's crucial to understand we are ALL different, we develop, grow, in different times and ages .  It is fine to have "boobie goals" and references, but each individual is unique! UNIQUE. You are!!

Am not meat eater and i fully get the allergy/intolerance thing. I too get inflammation thing, i love potato but i know it causes me inflammation (my hands) ive being taking apple cider vinegar and trying to avoid inflammatory foods but then i feel like am left with nothing to eat 'round and round like chasing your tail' lol.

Ill give you one little bit of helpful tip, i realised, dont fight it internally or emotionally, just accept what is at moment and keep moving forward. Its the fighting that causes you more stress, i used to get pissed off all the time, just made me more pissed and hateful. Life is much easier when you accept rather then fight.
