Hi Everyone,
Im new to this site and am very confused to all the different suggestions
I really hope someone can help me.
I have read a lot on this site and think i would much prefer to take the Natural Herbs for breast enhancement. But i just dont have a clue about any of these herbs, what i would have to use, how much and how long for.
I would really appreciate your help.

The best thing to do is read the program pages, both the new ones here and the old ones on the old site. Then you can see what others have been taking.

I keep on reading everyday. I have started to write down peoples programs so i can gather up a lot of information. But im just confused about what ingredients will make a good program and dosage. Everyones i look at always differs.
Would someone be able to help me a little more pleeeeeaaaaase?

Hello Dolly, (Sorry, couldn't resist)
Keep reading, that is the best thing you can do.
For someone your size desiring to do an herbal program, I would recommend Wonderup, Eve's Program, or a Greenbush program (herbs are: fenugreek, fennel tea, saw palmetto, wild yam). You want to keep these dosages at 500 to 1500mg per day. Ramp up slowly and stop at the dosage that gives you "growing pains." Also add 1000mg three times per day of Evening Primrose Oil and Flaxseed oil. 3000mg of MSM will also be helpful.
Also make sure to take a potent multivitamin from someplace like GNC, not Holland and Barrett. GNC has a much better multi because of the higher dosages.
I don't want to overwhelm you with a bunch of other information as that is basically it. There should be plenty to read about massage, batter, heat, chicken foot soup, MSM, taking herbs on an empty stomach, etc. I think that there are some here getting results from BO + Noogleberry but someone else will have to chime in on that option.
It is best to start at about mid March on day 1 of your cycle, in my opinion, so you have plenty of time to study and understand the process and options. Those who take charge and dig in themselves do much better than those who blindly take advice.
