I do have some food advice for people feeling they should support their vein health:
Oats, nuts, Garlic, onions, beets, quercitine, resveratol, berries(super important they prevent hardening of the veins which could happen as a consequence of broken valves) , horsetail, Astralagus, minerals. Also dead sea salt bathes help me feel better.
I might have missed some things but I tried a lot and it definitely relieves me.

I just posted in another thread but if you see this Lucy I’d ask you consider making these an essential upgrade to the system.
1. Foam rings (prevent or lessen indentations and possible less lymphatic compression or damage as it’s hard plastic)
2. Pressure gauge (and maybe with a cut off of at what’s considered safe as per any available studies on vacuum therapy)
3. Paper user guide and disclaimer to anyone with circulatory issues that the system might harm.
Inevitably people will keep on using the noogleberry but this might help prevent overpumping and damage? Just a thought

Ella, if your circulation is absolute shit I beg you to never pump again. You are most likely doing silent damage like I was too.

So last night I ended up in the ER. My right side of legs and hand are going numb too now. I am now having to sleep in a chair because when I lay down all the blood pools to my neck. But last night even sleeping in the chair was not enough, my left hand was still going numb no matter what position I put it in. The only time it doesn't fall asleep is when it has constant movement. It's a shame that I now have to fear falling asleep. I'm terrified I'm going to end up losing a limb because of cut-off blood to the area. Nothing I am doing is helping.

What is the link between poor circulation and NB? And how do you know if you have poor circulation.

My poor Jennifer. I don't know you but tonight I will pray for you. I hope with all my heart that everything will return to normal.
I've been pumping for ten days and I'm a little worried. The day before yesterday, I felt pain in my brain. I had pumped 4 hours. Yesterday, I pumped only 1h at low pressure and the symptoms are totally disappeared. Today, I started again pumping 4 hours at more or less high pressure, the symptoms have reappeared. I feel weak and dizzy, my head is spinning.
I really hope it's not related to pumping. I will stop a few days. I have a cold, it may be related to that...
(Sorry, bad english)

Thank you so much
That is your body warning you that something is terribly wrong. Please stop noogling, it is not worth it. I pretty much only noogled my left breast but massaged both together. My right breast grew a TON just through massage alone. We do not need to noogle for growth.

I would say poor circulation implies you already have weak veins and blood flow. The noogleberry is bound to throw you over the edge if you already have this problem. Add caffeine or smoking and you're creating a deadly concoction. I would usually have a mocha once a week and every now and then have a couple hits of weed. Both began making me extremely ill. Both of those also constrict our veins. Heat, on the other hand, my body is craving right now. That, coincidentally, opens up veins and allows better circulation.
