Nerve damage from pumping

(19-10-2018, 19:41)Jenniferlove Wrote:  So last night I ended up in the ER.  My right side of legs and hand are going numb too now.  I am now having to sleep in a chair because when I lay down all the blood pools to my neck.  But last night even sleeping in the chair was not enough, my left hand was still going numb no matter what position I put it in.  The only time it doesn't fall asleep is when it has constant movement.  It's a shame that I now have to fear falling asleep.  I'm terrified I'm going to end up losing a limb because of cut-off blood to the area.  Nothing I am doing is helping.
This is awful Jen so sorry !

Oats, nuts, Garlic, onions, beets, quercitine, resveratol, berries(super  important they prevent hardening of the veins which could happen as a consequence of broken valves) , horsetail, Astralagus, minerals. Also dead sea salt bathes help me feel better.
I might have missed some things but I tried a lot and it definitely relieves me.

What is the link between poor circulation and NB? And how do you know if you have poor circulation.

Well that is the damage noogling gave me and Jennifer. You feel it when you have it, first thing I noticed that I couldnt brush my  hair, i have long hair and my arms get numb very very quickly when I raise them to brush. They become heavy and tired from anything.
Also pale skin can be a sign. Sudden acne or inflammation that you never had before can be a sign of blood pooling.

I am so sorry girl! Is it going more bad lately? Did they examine you? Or were they able to help you in any way? I think perhaps because you said you dont eat meat you could use a good amino acid supplement...? You really need animal proteins too for healing.
Have you tried positioning your hands in certain  positions with pillows? Maybe you can use a tens device for only your hand while you sleep?
It improves circulation..
I actually feel very scared atm. I had some things going on again too with one of my legs today and my arms and spasms with my head....

Glad you posted this.
My circulation is absolute shit.

How about ginkgo biloba?

And what did you say ages ago about collagen? Clots ?

I dont  remember I think I said it is better to use high dosages of vit C. Vit. C can be used to create collagen. Collagen itseld can cause collagen ?placcards?(this is what translate gave me) Tongue
Anyhow dont know how common these placcards are..
I used gingko in the past....idk , when i suspected it raised my T i stopped...

I have actually re-introduced bone broth into my diet. I am making root vegetable soups almost every night.  And I am pescatarian.  I have always eaten seafood.  They are leaning towards neuropothy as well at the er.  They prescribed me a medication designed for ppl with neuropothy that should help with the numbness at night.  Even though I am usually against pills, when it's beginning to feel life-threatening I will take the Western approach's help.

Many things can cause neuropothy but one of them is injury to a nerve.

I have another doctor's visit in an hour and then seeing an ENT specialist Monday.  I want to pretty much demand we begin going the route of thoroughly investigating my left chest, armpit and neck as I am almost 100% certain the answer lays in there.

And yes, I started noticing at least a couple years ago that I could not lift my left arm above my head for too long before it started falling asleep.  Whenever I fall asleep at night I always raise my arms above my head.  It got to a point where I could no longer do that.  And I began waking up more and more often to my left arm completely asleep and it began getting harder and harder to wake it up. It was very scary.

I am on the Noogleberry site right now.  This is the first sentence to describe the pump: "Noogleberry stock a huge range of women's health products, which are designed to ensure that you get the most out of your body. These products allow you to enhance your breasts, butt and other attributes in a safe and natural way. "  No warnings or discretions, just that this is safe and natural.

The price is insane for them too!  She is making a small fortune off of them.  You know they're being made in China or somewhere like that for like a $1. Here is more from her site:

"Safety Notice:

Our system is safe to use as long as it is used according to the instructions

The Breast System is designed to be able to gain 1-2 cup sizes, as well as to help fill sagging breasts and to make the breast firmer. We would advise that if you are wanting more then this to contact us before purchasing.

Avoid over pumping.  As This can cause bruising and possible burst capillaries to the breast area. This is not permanent damage and it will resolve itself. However, if this happens we suggest you stop using the system until the problems has resolved itself.

To Avoid over pumping, we advise to use the system once a day for 15-30 mins at a time, slowly and gently. Once you are used to the system you can then slowly over a few weeks increase the time used. We recommend to not use the system for longer than 1 hour at a time.

We recommend that when you start to pump, you pump once slowly and gently, then wait a couple of seconds and then pump again and repeat this until the breast is inflating in the cup. You should feel a slight tugging on the breast. If you feel any discomfort or pain when pumping, release the pressure immediately and wait a few moments before pumping again."

Notice there are no actual warnings of the true dangers of pumping, just potential burst capillaries.

Can't you make up some excuse to get them to check your chest and armpit area? Like say you wore a tight bra regularly and didn't think it was that a big deal. You noticed the arm circulation going funny since then but didn't think it had something to do with that.

Take a look at my two arms. Where are my veins on my left arm?? It’s terrifying. I had blood drawn on my right last night which is why there’s a prick in it.

Just got back from my doctor's visit.  More tossing around, saying this is not his expertise.  I am at least referred to get a c-scan on my spine and neck now and to see a neurologist.  He is saying this very likely could be both nerve damage and also blood vessels damage.  Praying the cat-scan will reveal the truth.  Him and the nurse observed that the left side of my face is drooping and both are very concerned.  It takes forever to get a referral approved.  This is all moving way too slow.

I can't even begin to understand what all this must be like for you, you have my thoughts and sympathy. I do thank you for sharing these experiences on the forum, as it's convinced me to retire my pumping gear and hopefully avoid any future issues that may be related to it. Take care x
